Located near the waterfront and Government Center in Boston, Faneuil Hall has been a bustling marketplace and meeting hall since 1743. While it was once the site of several notable speeches by the likes of Samuel Adams, it’s now part of the Boston National Historical Park and a popular stop on the Freedom Trail.
Faneuil Hall Marketplace is comprised of four buildings: Faneuil Hall, Quincy Market, North Market and South Market. You can browse the halls to discover around 40 local vendors selling unique hand-crafted items in one of the world’s most historic retail locations.
Explore brand name retail stores and locally-owned boutiques, then kick back and watch world-class street performers show off their juggling and acrobatics. Sample regional New England specialties, including clam chowder, lobster rolls and oysters on the half shell.
