    A Very Nice Place

First off, this is a great location for exploring Boston. Room was clean and we had a fabulous view on the 31st floor. Check-in could have gone a little smoother. Had to wait about 20 minutes and the room was not ready (no problem we were a little early). Besides the wait you have to go back when the room is ready, luckily wasn't a long line this time. It would more prudent to give the room keys in the first go around and when the room is ready to text or call with the room number. Other than that, my only gripe was $85 a night for parking because we had a large SUV. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

    Great Staff

We chose the Westin because it was near the convention center. Valet parking made things so much easier for us. The lobby was bright and clean and welcoming. All of the staff we encountered were very pleasant and did not seem at all irritated by our crazy costumes. Having the ability to go back-and-forth to the con and rest in between was priceless. Having restaurants, a Starbucks and convenient store right in the hotel meant we didn’t even have to go anywhere all weekend. I would most definitely stay at a Westin hotel again.
