The hotel is perfectly located close to all the action. Did not even take the T once, we just walked everywhere. The lobby is small but well laid out with the Lounge and the restaurant taking the most space. Since the lobby is also the W Lounge, be prepared to show your room key after 9pm to enter the hotel. We got upgraded to a King size room on the 15th floor. Having stayed at other W hotels in the world, this room looks more like a normal hotel room than a W room. It was nice, but nothing spectacular. Really enjoyed the comfy bed and the big bathroom with separate toilet area. All the staff we encountered were super nice and friendly. My one main issue was the parking. A whopping 60$/night. Absolutely ridiculous. Overall, this hotel is a good choice in Boston, if you don't have a car.
