Overlooking Biscayne Bay, Bayfront Park is an urban greenscape on the edge of Downtown Miami. It was originally laid out in 1924 and later redesigned by Japanese-American landscape architect Isamu Noguchi, with the park hosting cultural events and concerts throughout the year.
Stroll along the palm-lined paths of Bayfront Park while taking in the views of Miami’s city skyline and admire the monumental fountain overlooking the bay. Attend an open-air concert at the Bayfront Park Amphitheater or join one of the regular yoga and wellness classes beneath the Tina Hills Pavilion.
Bayfront Park is a launching point for boat tours around Biscayne Bay, which explore its offshore keys and natural sites. If you want to see the park at its liveliest, coincide your visit with New Year’s Eve, when it hosts Miami’s official party, or attend the annual “America’s Birthday Bash” on Independence Day.
Getting around Bayfront Park
