Daily parking with in-and-out access is $35.00 plus tax ($40.25 total). Monthly parking is $350.00 plus tax ($402.50 total). Street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Payment is required in advance. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Please know that any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following: - You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions. - You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in. - You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking. Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be 22 years old. No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule. Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check. Note that all guests are required to submit a $150 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $35.00 non-refundable damage waiver. Other Things to Note: Security Deposit / Damage Waiver: Before check-in, all guests must choose either a refundable $1,000 security deposit or a $50 non-refundable damage waiver (covers accidental damages up to $500). Exclusions apply—see House Rules for details. Pool Access: Starting July 25, 2025, the pool is available Saturday–Sunday only (no weekday access). Façade Repairs: Starting July 1, 2025, balconies will be closed and views will be blocked due to building repairs. Expect some noise between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM, and workers may be present on the façade during the day. Do not place furniture on balconies—the building may impose fines of up to $3,000. Pack & Play, High Chair & Rollaway Bed: Available upon request for an additional fee. Subject to availability and must be requested in advance. Parking: Valet parking is available at the building (hourly rates apply; no in/out privileges). We also offer private nearby parking for $35/day (cash only) with limited availability (9 spots total).
