Very friendly front desk staff. Nothing, all was fine. I was especially impressed by the upgrading Holiday Inn Express is doing to rooms/bathrooms.

This was the best free breakfast I've ever been to. The hotel was very comfortable. Being next to a university I was afraid it would be roudy, but it was very quiet. Shopping is a short drive into the city.

The Hotel was very nice. Would have been even better had there been more of a continental breakfast, but it was awesome for the money. The staff was very nice. The room was neat & clean.

The Holiday Inn Express is located in a quiet area yet quite close to other amenities. The hotel and our room was very well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful and we would return again if the opportunity arise.

This hotel is nice -- clean rooms, AWESOME shower, and definitely affordable. The only downsie was no elevator, no A/C in the lobby/hallways, and they charged my credit card even though my stay was pre-paid. Would definitely stay here again!!

The Holiday Inn Express at Drake was in a great location with easy access to many dining opportunities. The room was large and very clean. The beds were fantastic with pillow tops and several pillows. The room was set up for a business man having a desk and internet access.

The hotel is just finishing a complete refurbishing and the rooms were excellent. They are quite large, the furnishings were good and the beds were great. The bathrooms was also very nice. It was a great value for the money. The location was perfect for us also. It is in an older part of town but close to downtown. We would definitely stay there again.

We stayed at the Holiday Inn as part of a spring break college tour. We were greeted and check in was smooth. The room was comfortable and the staff friendly. It was very convenient to be almost across the street from Drake University. The staff recommended eating at the Drake Diner which was also good. We would recommend this to anyone in town for a visit to Drake.
