Disappointing & dated hotel. Hotel management has really let it run down as it used to be good but not anymore. Reception was slow and hotel was old. Room was small and tired looking and there was something wrong with the plumbing, when we took a shower, the bathroom got flooded. Furniture sparse and old. We asked to move to another room which was also small and old. Corridors looked dingy as well. Maintenance staff were good, they were prompt to answer call out and polite. Location is excellent though, right on Bukit Bintang and 5min walk to Sungi Wang plaza. Not really value for money, I suggest you try elsewhere for the same price.

The location and easy access for public transit. Was not aware there was a premier side. I enjoyed my stay at the Concorde Hotel in KL. The hotel was luxurious and accommodating.

One high spot is the evening entertainment and really helps to make a great visit, have been here previously and would certainly stay again.

Very convenient. Near skytrain station. Breakfast Buffet has wide selection.
