Stayed 5 nights with our two little kids in an appartment. The room is big enough to receive guests. But no room slippers. Room lighting is not strong enough for make-up; need to move to the window to get day-light. Room service and the concierge are very helpful and supper kind to give plenty of information around the area. Great location with monorail station just outside the hotel. Breakfast is good with choices.

stayed in hotel was comfortable and very easy to go beside area. But hotel tape player was not working while we were stayed there.Everything was saved to leave things while we were going out. I wish,I and my hubby will go again next trip to stay there.

The hotel was one of the best hotel that i with my family stayed. I really appreciate the service of the staff at the restaurant we had our breakfast. And also like the overall atmosphere of the hotel. I will love to stay again in this hotel during my next visit to Kuala Lumpur.

It's very nice hotel with nice location and it's so clean and a modern furniture the toilet is clean & have all needs for Muslim people I will really recommended for all my family and friends that visit Kuala Lumpur.

The superior studio can comfortably accomodate 3 persons but the room/s could use some reinventing. This hotel could have a rating of "5-star" but the interior should only be rated at about a 4-star level at most. After having been around for a while, the hotel should make an effort to keep up with its namesake of being a 5-star hotel. The location is excellent of course as it is situated right in the touristy belt... Besides, it has a mega mall with a small scale indoor theme park/amusement center adjoining it. Availability of amenities is literally just a stone's throw away! This hotel is great for accomodating families that plan to holiday in KL.

Following are areas that need improvement. 1. Room toilet choked 2. Bedroom slippers not available 3. Use of pencils as door stoppers is unacceptable 4. TV console door broken 5. Drunken guest wandering along corridor without any security safeguard

the rooms were spacious enough and so is the bathroom.highly recommended particularly for thoe traveling in groups or families. location is within easy access to transportation services as monorail serves this area and can link to other places without the hassle of getting a taxi to get around.
