Well located, good quality hotel, well looked after. A single room, small but had all that was required for a single night stay. Disappointing that food was not available after 9.00pm as I was just arriving then.

Friendly. They made us disappointed. Central park does not have a room for us, send us to hide park tower.

I would recommend this hotel. Perfect.

I was very surprised when I experienced that they had no possibility to take care of my suitcase the day I left. This is absolutely the first time I have experienced that, even in very small hotels they have this service.

Awful ShoeboxWith out doubt the smallest room I have ever slept in, more a half than a single, the walls would appear to be single ply as the noise from adjacent rooms is considerable, the only plus was that I spent only sleep time in this hotel. The receptionist was busy on arrival chatting with the bar staff at the desk and I had to wait until they finished before she would deal with me, the same bar staff argued about topping up the only pint I bought in the hotel bar and I had to point out that it was a pint to the top and stand my ground before she did, very rude about it as well considering that it is a requirement of the legislation that staff should top up when requested, will send email to trading standards. Also strangely the hotel has air conditioning on bedroom corridors but not in rooms, also no fire detection/alarm system in bedrooms which considering size of hotel would make it very vunerable to risk of serious injury in the event of fire. For anyone who wants a comfortable base for a few days in London pay more and stay elsewhere, if you are not bothered and only sleeping its ok but go round the corner to spend on food and drink.

Hotel was with excellet location - just a few minutes from 2 tube stations, Hydepark just across the street. Room I stayed was very small and basic, but nothing much really is needed for a short stay. ideal location for shopping - Westfield London just few metro stations away, Oxford street = also few stations away. Good for a weekend stay if you dont plan tospend a lot of time in a room.

I had stayed there with my family in triple room. The hotel is clean & neat. The location is excellent, 2 underground stations (Queensway & Bayswater) are in walking distance of 2 & 5 mins. The brakfast is good. The staff in Reception & concierge are very helpful.

A smart, clean, modern hotel well located for bus and tube services. Friendly and efficient staff. Well stocked bar with minimalist furnishings. Spacious breakfast room, largely self-service but good value for money. Small, comfortable bedroom with basic requirements.

Excellent value for money. Only 3 minutes away from a 24 hour car park that appeared to be very security conscious. Then Queensway Underground Station directly opposite car park, which is an ideal station for getting to the West End. Continental breakfast was very basic but plenty of it and all very clean. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed at the Central Park Hotel for just one night between flights. Although the room was small it was amazing value for money. It was clean and newly decorated with excellent ensuite facilities and in-room coffee and tea making facilities. Our room was airy, air conditioned and overlooked the street below. The continental breakfast in the morning was more than adequate and there was an optional buffet cooked breakfast. The location is excellent between Bayswater and Lancaster Gate tube stations - about 3-4 minutes walk to either. The hotel is right by Hyde Park / Kensington Gardens and is a five minute walk to Queensway, Bayswater with it's numerous pubs and reasonably priced cafes. We love this area and would not hesitate to stay there again, although for a longer stay prefer the slightly higher priced Corus Hotel which is just along the road.

Great to me!For the price it is an excellent hotel in London. Close to two subway stations, and the rooms are really spacious. One thing to keep in mind, there is no air conditioning in the rooms, so if you suffer from the heat like my partner did you might be better off buying a fan. Other than that, very clean, organized, comfortable, and affordable!

When checking out..the hotel does not allow bags to be keep there..have to go to a big train station to keep the bags what a waste of time.. Don't bother to wake up for breakfast...one of the worst breakfast i ever have...nice food around train station which is 200m away.. Room is very small and bed is even small

A value for money hotel. Breakfast is not so good. The new rooms (800 series) are excellent.

Hotel situated convenient to Hyde Park. Room OK but air con. required. Could not leave windows open for fear of birds getting in.

The location was very good, close to the tubes and shops. But was a bit dark and gloomy when you are staying in a room in the basement, would have preferred a room with windows.

would use this hotel again.I only needed an overnight stay for a business trip but hotel was easy to find ( just off the tube station0 - staff expected me and were very pleasant and helpful.Room (a twin) was pleasant and I had a good quiet nights sleep - even though my room was on the ground flool and on a busy street.I could have done with being able to work the air conditioning better as I was a bit warm at first but once I had worked out how the remote worked it was fine.room had a fridge and a decent shower- everything was very clean and presentableI would use this hotel again and bring my partner for a short break.

My room at the back of hotel on ground floor so no view or much natural light (moved from 6th floor because smelt of smoke and ash on window sill). Customer service excellent - nice communal areas/bar/reception. Rooms ok - basic but location A*
