The River Hotel features free high-speed Internet access, 24-hour concierge, a comfortable lounge with complimentary computers and printer, a fitness room and the popular Bella Bacino's, a casual Italian American trattoria famous for its pizza. Valet parking is available for a fee and includes in/out privileges.
Guestrooms include custom-designed furnishings and luxury bedding, flat panel LCD TVs and the latest design in work stations with ergonomic chairs and task lighting.

What are your breakfast options?: Breakfast is available at Bella Bacino's as are all meals. Bacino's is open Monday - Friday from 7:00 am - 10:00 pm and from 8:00 am to 11:00 pm on Saturdays and Sundays. Continental breakfast is also available for $5.95.
What transport is available to get around?: We are near public transportation. The closest stop on the Blue Line is Clark and Lake. The nearest stop on the Orange Line is Randolph Street.
Do you have internet?: WiFi is free and available in all rooms as well as the living room. Our computers are available for free use in our living room as well. Hard connectivity is available in each room and is subject to regular phone fees which are listed in each room.
Do you provide parking?: Parking is available at a nearby garage at a negotiated rate. It is $22 for self park for 24 hours (no in and out privileges) and $34 for valet parking. Please note that you must take the garage-issued ticket to the Guest Services Desk at The River Hotel to have it validated in order to receive the negotiated rate.
