Hotel has been newly renovated, very nice decor and very spacious room. We stayed there for 2 weeks and everything was good. I like its convenient location to anywhere, walking distance to KCR station and a big shopping mall just a few steps away. I highly recommend this hotel if u dont mind staying in N.T.

Verygood. Te lifts 2 of 5 was some problem, they need to special check.

I had several charges on my bill that were based on a mistake made by the hotel staff. I spoke with two different managers, both of which refused to issue a refund. I would not recommend staying at any hotel that does not consider itself responsible for mistakes made by its staff. Other than the poor customer service, the hotel was average.

Excellent location with friendly, helpful staff. Can't think of anything. This is a very good hotel at a reasonable price, well located with easy access to transportation and shopping. Overall, an excellent choice if you need to stay in the new territories.
