Convenient andclean. This hotel is situated right on top of a shopping mall and next to the train station. This hotel is perfect for you is you loves to shop. This hotel is also very closed to the great shopping district Mong Kok. With its clean and comfortable rooms, the hotel is quite packed.

Clean and friendly staff. The bathroom was too small and low ceiling. Location is good. Value for money.

Location wise is good as the hotel is just above the shopping centre. So food, shopping and cinema are readily available. Although KCR is accessible from the shopping centre, MTR is about 10mins walk and if you have kids, it would definitely be a good daily exercise from the hotel to either Mong Kong or Prince Edward station.

Overall a very good/great hotel and we were enjoy it while we were staying there. Should have a computer centre/Business centre for all the guess to access the internet instead of 1 hour free with your lap top. Should also arrange shuttle bus from the hotel to TST or other shopping area.

Great hotel, location is convenient to all shops and transit. Staff is friendly and great resources. None. Overall, we are very happy with this hotel. We will recommend this hotel to our family and friends. We will be back to stay at this hotel.

The location is very convenient, close to both subway and train and shopping. The hotel is attached to a shopping mall as well. The room size is large enough for 3 people. Service was courteous and efficient. Good value for the price we got this time.

The staff are friendly, the housekeeping very good. I was upgraded to a better room which I really appreciated. There is an overhead bridge that can connected to Ladies Market etc which is much easier than walking along the road and by the way, the nearest MTR is Mongkok East. If you coming from Mongkok MTR, will need to walk quite a distance, do take note as is quite tiring to drag a luggage and walking all the way to the hotel. Overall is a good place to stay. THUMB UP!

Although not in a prime location, this hotel couldn't do enough to make us comfortable and welcome. Very friendly and helpful staff at all times. We would recommend this hotel to anyone contemplating a city stay in Hong Kong. We stayed for 4 nights and found it was ideally placed for the harbour area and outer Territories. We had a a complaint about the silicone seals on the sink and bath which were mouldy and unsightly. The problems were rectified the next day and new sealant put in place. We were very pleased with the quick response. Excellent pool and gym faciliteis.

Very good location with good MTR connections, helpful lobby staff and very well priced for stays of longer than three nights!

The 8th hotel I stayed in 10 days and the only hotel that charged for internet usage and the only hotel with no DVD player. Random linen supply. Very limited cup and cuttery supply, in fact 2 cups and 1 spoon. Only reason I stay is easy access to train station.

I really have no complaints with this hotel, I'm glad we stayed in it. The only issue was they wanted to upgrade us to an executive suite but we had to decline as my brother is in a wheel chair and you have to walk up to the last floor...but odd. But it was an excellent serviced hotel. I would give this hotel a 5 star.
