Adjacent to Busch Field, the traffic can be a hassle before and after Cardinals games, but this is the only negative comment I could make. The Westin is an excellent value for the location, quality of the facilities, and the friendly mid-Western service. This is a great choice of a hotel, and if you do go for a Cardinals game, you can walk to and from the game!

The beds were very comfortable and I slept great. The parking situation was not great at $20 per night. The hotel was absolutely beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed our experience.

I really enjoyed the Westin in St. Louis! The rooms are beautiful, the bathroom is awesome! Best hotel I have ever stayed in!

I love this hotel. The bathroom is simply amazing!!! I went with my mother for some classes that were being held within the hotel. The bed was wonderful, and I slept so well. The roomservice was excellent - some of the best food that I've had at a hotel! Bathroom has a great walk in shower and separate soaking tub - perfect for relaxing after a long, stressful day. This would be a great hotel for a romantic getaway. I only have two complaints about my stay. 1.) I didn't notice until after sleeping in my bed that there was dried blood on the sheets and a curly black hair in the sheets. (I know that neither of which belonged to me!) After calling the front desk, housekeeping came up immediately and remedied the situation. 2.) We had a 4'o'clock check out because of the conference that my mom was attending, since I stayed in the room and relaxed. I left my computer in our room, and was waiting for my mom in the lobby. When I went up to get my pillow and computer so that we could check out, it was 2:30, and my key didn't work. They deactivated my key! So, I had to go back downstairs to get a master key so that I could gain entry to the room in order to get my stuff. Minimal complaints, I know, but it was a bit of a hassle! I cannot wait to stay at this hotel again, because it is simply one of the best that I have ever stayed in. It would be so much better, however, if it had a pool and/or hot tub!!!

The rooms were exceptionally large and made us feel like we were in a very comfortable space. I told my kids the hotel had a pool! The hotel was very clean and welcoming. The spacious rooms took us by surprise for an hotel located in an historic building. I've stayed in hotels with rooms smaller than the bathrooms. We had a very friendly reception by the staff and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

We selected this hotel because it was right across the street from Busch Stadium. The staff was extremely friendly. Check-in was quick and friendly. The bellman was also quick with our bags and was very nice and helpful. He even took the time to explain some amenities in the room. The room was spacious, clean and comfy. The bathroom had a large, deep bathtub with a separate roomy shower. Plenty of fluffy towels, toiletries and a bathrobe were provided. The comfortable bed included a pillow-top mattress, soft sheets, fluffy down comforter and plenty of down pillows. Our room did not have much of a view. We ordered breakfast from room service and it arrived quickly, was hot and very tasty. A wonderful experience, I will definitely return and recommend to to others.

I am a fan of Westin Hotels already, but this was a fantastic place! We had a King room and it was very spacious. The bathroom was beautiful and had lots of room. The shower was a large glass enclosure with tumbled tile, separate from the tub. The vanity had two "workspaces" so I had plenty of room for all of my stuff without fighting to keep it out of the sink. The location was great - across the street from Busch Stadium but a really nice walk to the Arch and the downtown area. Stop looking and book it, you won't be disappointed.

We checked in after a ballgame. Super close to the ballpark. Easy in and out parking. Perfect service. Great room. They upgraded us without charge as our room wasn't ready yet. We'd go back in a minute.

The heavenly bed certainly lives up to its name. The hotel was quiet, comfortable, very relaxing, enjoyable experience for my husband and me. The Westin St. Louis is everything a four star hotel should be. It has friendly, helpful staff, amazingly comfortable rooms and a peaceful, relaxing ambiance. My husband were traveling for pleasure and thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay at this hotel. I highly recommend it.

The Westin is my faorite hotel chain, and when I stay at the Westin I am NEVER disappointed. The Westin in St. Lous is BY FAR, the most exquisitely FABULOUS Westin I've visited. Everything about my brief one night stay was impeccable. The location is right in the heart of the city, and easily accessible. The common areas were a great design mix of classic and sophisticated designo decor. The guest room was ANAZING. The heavenly bed, is just just that HEAVENLY. And the bathroom was up there to Ritz Carlton status. If ever you're in St. Louis, you MUST stay here. The value you get for this room is AMAZING. Note: go to www.starwood.com for cheaper rates!!!!!

We were in town for just one night to visit family the next day. Because of the great location right next to the St. Louis Cardinals baseball stadium we were able to pick up some tickets to the game about 10 minutes after we arrived. That was a nice surprise! The hotel room was much larger than I had expected, very clean, and all of the hotel staff were very courteous and professional. Only complaint with the staff was with the valet staff on departure. They were not very friendly, did not offer to help my wife with her bag, and just handed us the guys to the car not even stepping out from behind their desk. I very rarely use valet but expect better service than that when I do. Room had a great view of the ballpark across the street and was much larger than I expected. The bathroom had a nice large shower with dual shower heads and a large tub that my wife really enjoyed relaxing in after the game. The bed was incredibly comfortable. Once my head hit the pillows I was out and did not move until morning. Morning did come early though because there is a train station (subway) right next to the hotel that did make a little noise. I lived in Japan for a couple years and was use to the train station noises so it was not that big of a deal but it could be for some people.

i was friendly approached upon my arrival, i was tired, it was a long drive, and i was well taken care of right when i got out of my vehicle...that set the tone for the weekend, and everything else from there was magnificent, i was even given an upgrade on my room at no extra charge...that is service...only one suggestion...do not eat out of the mini bar...everything looks good and all, but it is expensive...

The hotel is directly across from Busch Stadium, which made our walk to the game even more convenient. It is also within walking distance to the Arch. Although I had typed in on the Orbitz site that I needed a room for four guests, our reservation confirmed we only had one bed in our room. I called the Westin, and the staff was extremely friendly and accomodating with this situation. We arrived before check-in to see if we could park our car in their lot, they enthusiastically replied they would, and they even allowed us to check-in early, and called my cell phone while we were at the Cardinals game to let me know our room was ready and it had two beds. The hotel was beautiful, clean, and had extremely friendly staff. This is the best hotel we've had in St. Louis, by far! We will return again!

IfI had to describe the hotel in general it would be tip top and crisp. It was a non smoking room. The hotel was amazing it was so nice and the surrounding was perfect.
