Its both pricey and food is terrible. Made me sick. Would never stay again. Ask no one to stay. There are much better hotels nearby. Wonder how it is run and the owner's indifference to the services. Purely profit-motivated.

Fantastic hotel, valued for money and great service from front desk. Some of the rooms are facing the tower. however some facing construction.

Even though the hotel is a bit old, we are satisfy for what we pay. In term of service, location and value for money = 2 thumbs up. There is a construction going beside the hotel. We understand it is unavoidable and out of the hotel's control. The staffs always give their best to make us happy. I read all the other reviews and I'm surprised that you people will stay at the Corus hotel. We just arrived several hours ago and were shocked to find this sub-standard for an international hotel. As soon as you walk into the lobby you are given false hopes of what your rooms will look like. Upon entering a room to which we were "upgraded" we had lights that didnt work, lights that didnt want to turn off, toilets that didnt flush and looked like they hadnt been cleaned after last use. We booked in as a family of 4, and our rooms were located at the other end of the floor from each other. The final straw for our family was the mud colored water that ran freely. We called reception and they told us to simply "let the water run till it turns normal." 30 minutes later and we still had mud colored water. So we phoned reception again and they sent up a maintenance member who tried to help with no great success. If you are reading this please re think your hotel arrangements as you will be greatly disappointed like my family.

Excellent location, just minutes from the twin towers and KLCC. Very good service by the staffs. WIll be top of my list the next time I visit KL.

The hotel location is the best to explore KLCC, and to reach any other point in town by subway. Rooms are clean and well-equipped, but try to get one facing the Twin Towers, the view is awesome. If you can't, you can still swim in the outdoor pool with the same view. Given the 4star category, it is well worth the price.

I recently stayed there for a Week. First of all, the customer service is very poor. We had reservation for Non-Smoking room, but when we arrived they were unable to accommodate us in the Non-smoking room. They gave our room to somebody else. We had to spend the first night in a SMOKING room and I was coughing all-night. The very next morning we asked to be switched to a NON-SMOKING Room and from 8:30 till 12:30 they will give me a reply, it will be ready in 30 minutes. But that did not happened. I literally had to stand at the RECEPTION and told him to give me a room and I am not moving from here. After that they gave us a room. Secondly, their HIGH-SPEED internet is worse than a Dial-UP. You have to pay RM 46.00 for 24 hours and the INTERNET will go down every 45 minutes or so. The customer service will tell us they are rebooting the server. My room had breakfast included with the purchase, but when we go for Breakfast, they will give us a hard time and I had to fight for the FREE breakfast (everyday). Not worth it.

although this hotel is a bit old (as what been mentioned by other traveler), but it indeed situated in a excellent location with some major shopping centers nearby. the hotel is easy accessible by KL LRT which is just two blocks away and with a good view of the pentronas twin towers.

Decided to book this hotel as this is where my Aeroline coach stops. On that day, I arrived late on my trip from Singapore. Check-in process was pleasant and quick. The front office manager even upgraded me to a suite! I was so grateful to him as after a tiring journey, I can relax with a lot of space! Kudos and well done to the staff of Corus Hotel KL. Certainly deserve my thumbs up!

This hotel is al bit old but clean, inexpensive, and just 5 minute's walk from twin tower. It well connected by subway lines. The room is spacious for our couple. What else do you want?

The Location of this hotel is a 5 minute walk from the Petronas towers and the subway system. The Aeroline bus from Singapore stops here as well. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I did not use the facilities much so I can not really comment on that. I did have breakfast there a couple of times and it is a good deal considering it was less than $7US. Considering the location and quality of this hotel, I think it is a great deal. I will be staying there again the next time I go to Kuala Lumpur.

Again and again I am staying here because of the perfect location. Central, directly opposite from KLCC, an yet not as exorbitant expensive like the other 5 star hotels. On the high side yes, but the location is brilliant. The breakfast is average though. Highly recommended...
