What are your breakfast options?

For breakfast, guests can take advantage of in-room dining, or in the Velvet Glove Dining Room. Both begin serving hot items at 6:30 am and end at 11:30 am. Prices vary anywhere from $14.00 - $30.00 (with smaller side items available at lower prices, e.g. toast, muffins, etc.). Aside from the hotel, there are a number of places to have breakfast located on the concourse level of the hotel, including Nathan Detroit's and Cafe Asante. We have many other suggestions should the guest be interested in driving a short distance.

What transport is available to get around?

In terms of transportation to and from the airport, taxi is the best way to go. Unfortunately, we do not have a hotel shuttle operating. Also, there aren't any buses going to and from the beaches, so anything out of town, it would be beneficial to rent a car. We are located downtown, so a lot of things are within walking distance, and there is city transit available as well.

What can I do nearby?

In terms of entertainment, we are lucky enough to be located a few blocks from the Centennial Concert Hall, Pantages Playhouse, and Manitoba Theatre Company, which routinely feature ballets, concerts, and plays. The Forks Market is also a few minutes away, featuring a number of restaurants and shops, and playing host to a number of festivals throughout the summer.

Do you have internet?

Yes, we do in fact have internet in the rooms (both wired and wireless), at a charge of $14.55 for 24 hours.

Do you provide parking?

If you were to drive here, there is Valet parking available at a cost of $23.00/day, or a parkade located directly beside the hotel at a rate of $18.00/per day (hourly rates are available also). Evenings and weekends, there is free street parking; however it can be quite unreliable.
