We don't allow extra guests including children & infants in our apartments with this booking type. Extras icluding chidlren & infants turning up out of the blue will be billed at $175/head. Visitors after 10 pm $195/head.

By car we are located between Bridge Rd & Victoria St, close to Church St and 4 km east of the CBD. The 7/11 store in Church St North Richmond indicates the corner of Buckingham. We are the next corner along at number 37.
Taxi from the airport takes 30 minutes and should cost $50+.
Taxi from the bus depot and train terminal takes 15 minutes and should cost $16+.
From city, take 109 Tram to Box Hill and alight at Church St. Walk to the 7/11 store & turn left into Buckingham St.

If you¿re approaching by car from the SE direction, exit from the left at the Burnely off ramp. This is the next exit after Toorak Rd. Follow the signs to Burnley/Richmond until you are at the south end of Burnely St. Follow Burnely St and cross Swan St and Bridge Rd, both with tram lines. Buckingham is on the left one street past Kent St. We are up the other end at 37.

If you¿re coming from Ballarat the Western Ring Rd links to the Westgate Freeway (From Geelong) about 5 kilometres west of the bridge. Once over the bridge stay in the lane 2nd from the left. Traffic will be at 100/kph here. Follow this freeway into the Burnley Tunnel. Once in the tunnel stay in the extreme left lane. Exit to Burnley St at the end of the tunnel. Follow Burnely St and cross Swan St & Bridge Rd, both with tram lines. Buckingham is on the left one street past Kent St. We are up the other end at 37.

There are plenty of things to do including shopping at Bridge Road and Church St, numerous restaurants including Victoria Street and we are close to the city centre and sporting facilities.
