We booked the night at this hotel largely because it offered a free breakfast, but when we got there we found it didn't.

"The front desk staff at check in had no clue, and we had to wait for someone who did. My family left us a message at the front desk, that we never got.The pool and hot tub were out of order, which I called and asked about when I made the reservation, and was assured they were in good working order. Mini golf course needs to be updated. The course is run down, but kept us entertained for a few minutes in Mitchell with nothing to do but look at a building full of corn. I would not stay here again, as I did not feel welcome. "

A good stopover on the way from Minnesota to the South Dakota Badlands. Good pool, mini golf was a nice touch. We asked for a cot and got it with no problem and no extra cost. The price includes a free hot breakfast: you can order "Senior Fast Start" at the hotel's restaurant, it's twp eggs, hash browns and a toast. Coffee or juice not included. The food was good, but we had to ask for ketchup and cream for coffee a couple of times before we got it. However, it was nice to have this breakfast instead of the usual hotel breakfast. Overall, quite good experience!

The Ramada was a very nice and clean place. The pool and spa were wonderful. I would tell my friends to stay there when in the area.

Pool side room was great! Liked the whole pool area. Very relaxing! Bathroom was cold. Cold air coming in thru vent. My gathering was a relaxing get together with family, the room and accommodations meet all of our expectations. Quiet, comfortable, fun, clean, & great beds.

It was under construction, but the decor was very nice. The hotel was nice, but the hotel I had a room at was a Holiday Inn. After finding a different Holiday Inn, I found out the other had sold out to Ramada and I was never notified of this. The internet didn't work at the Ramada Inn either, but it served it's purpose for the night.

The pool and recreation area. Conference rooms were cold. Very good experience and I would not hesitate to stay there again. I know my family would enjoy the pool and recreation areas. Lower level rooms on the outside of the building have dual access to both outside and interior of the building.

Kids eat free at breakfast and lunch at the restaurant. The restaurant is expensive and if you have a choice get a first floor room. The kids had a great time swimming. The pool stays open until 11:00 pm. There is free miniature golf for the kids and adults who stay at the hotel. We requested extra pillows and blankets and they brought them quickly. The hotel is easy to find and is minutes from cables and all the tourist sites in town. I recommend this hotel to anyone with children.

Restaurant service/quality. Very uncomfortable bed. Our backs were sore! They have a free mini-golf course, not very well taken care of, but fun. The pool was a good size and the whirlpool was nice. The room was clean, but the beds were very uncomfortable. We woke with sore backs and the other hotels we stayed at did have comfortable beds. Price was fair.

I liked the swimming area and the mini golf for the kids. The bathroom in our room was very small, when you open the bathroom door, it barely clears the toilet. Hotel was fine for one night stay, the kids really enjoyed the mini golf and pool.

Managerwasfriendly. Cleaning crew came to clean room at 9 a.m. Hotel was nice, however we arrived very late at night and the cleaning crew came and woke us up at 9 am. The water pressure for the shower was horrible. The room was very clean and very nice and clerk was very friendly and accommodating regarding our late night arrival.

The pool was nice and big, cleanliness of room was good. Definitely not a 3 star place- did not even offer a continental breakfast which anyplace that says their a 3 star should! Disappointing due to the fact that it's not what I'd call a 3 star as it was advertised to be! Room was clean, nothing fancy. Coffee maker in room only makes one cup at a time and not quality coffee. No breakfast offered, not even a donut!

Very easy and convenient to get to. Had to call room service back on my stale Danish, very dried out. I enjoyed my stay at the Holiday Inn in Mitchell. Everything was clean, including the pool and hot tub.

A good location for the sites we wanted to see. Did not offer a complimentary breakfast. The room was clean and comfortable check in was quick and easy.
