It was small which I expected. What I didn't expect was the dead bug in the bathroom trash. This wasn't as bad as the 1/2 dead one walking around the bathroom floor which I killed. Then I thought- well at least they must have some type of pesticide down until the next morning there was a lively one walking around the bathroom floor. The good thing - they were all contained in the bathroom.

Sleep number beds, free high-speed internet. Inconveninet location, poor location in terms of proximity to shops and restaurants.

This hotel is awesome. We booked oneline, arrived and they had our reservation at the online special rate, YEAH! Checked in with no problem. The sleepnumber beds were a real treat. They really work and we got a great night sleep. The Radisson is easily accesible from the 355 which took us right to and from the I55. It is super clean, backs up to a nice lake with a walking path and ducks and geese to keep one company. I walked every am and it was beautiful. We had the usual room amenities, quiet, and really helpful front desk people. I recommend this hotel to anyone going to this area of Chicago. PS - Schaumburg is a really neat town.

Staff very helpful and knowledgaeble about area. When we called the hotel prior to making reservations we were told they had continental b'fast - they DO NOT HAVE FREE BREAKFAST. Sleep number beds did not work properly. Building was renovated within last 5 years but age still visible. 1st floor sliding doors extremely difficult to slide open making it inconvenient to access pool from 1st level rooms. Walls have little sound barrier. Hot tob in pool area does not work and hasn't for a long time due to the fact that it is being used to store patio umbrellas. Overall a decent place to stay, but there are newer nicer places to stay for comparable rates.

The room was normal with desk, king sized bed, and bathroom. What I did not expect to find was week old urine that had stained the toilet from sitting so long. I immediately called the front desk and they came right away to move me to a new room and they threw in free vouchers for the breakfast buffet. From that point on, I felt a little disgusted because I did not know what other corners had been cut in terms of cleaning. The staff once again came to my rescue when I failed to retrieve directions to the local attractions. They had yahoo maps for all the area locations which really took a lot of stress off. If I go again, I would check out another hotel in that price range, but it is not a complete throw away.

Sleep number beds are amazing. Nothing. The rooms are the right size. I love the fact that they offer smoking rooms (BIG PLUS!) lets just say this is our second time staying at this hotel and will continue to stay there every time we have to overnight it in Schaumburg!

the people at the front desk were extraordinary but, there was a shuttle and no one really knew when it was leaving or if you had signed up. Other than that a really great experience.

Staff barely speaks English; hallways are way too hot and humid! Store always closed! Frint desk not responsive, makes excuses, slow, lazy. Awful cable selections; slow internet.

Quiet - convenient to interstate. Rooms need updating - no fridges in rooms.

My hotel stay was horrible. First of all, the room temperature was too hot. When I tried to adjust the heat, I was informed that it couldn't go any cooler and that I should just leave my door open. I was not about to stay in a room with the main door open or open my balcony door as it was 23 degrees outside. The bed was very uncomfortable and the elevator noise kept me up all night. The crowning blow was when I used the bathroom in the middle of the night, the toilet keep running so I had to lift the lid and adjust it. Not something any guest should have to do. They did move me to another room the next morning, but on this one, the sink was backing up when I brushed my teeth. Maintenance is certainly an issue at this hotel. My advice, stay at the Embassy Suite 1/2 mile down the road !!!!

The location was great, plenty of food near by. About a 15 minute drive to the park and ride for the Blue line to the Cubs game. Room was clean and quiet.

The staff was responsive to my requests. The heat was not operative in my room and it was below 20 degrees outside. There was a cockroach in the shower. This hotel was okay - however my first room was very cold - when I turned on the heat it blew out cold air for over a half hour. The front desk was apologetic and explained that it takes at least 20 minutes to warm up because of cold pipes. After an hour I was moved to a new room - which was warmer. However, in this room I found a cockroach in the bathtub. It was past midnight at this point and I was too exhausted to complain.

Thank goodness I booked with online travel website and did not pay the regular rate. The room was clean but nothing special. They didn't even have a small frig in the room. They need to have better insulation or heavier doors. We heard everthing outside in the hallway. Check in people were nice.

Decent hotel and ammenities. The lobby had a very funny smell, but the room was fresh and clean. The sleep number bed was an added plus. Overall a decent hotel for the money if traveling alone on business. Not made for family fun or romantic getaways.

Friendly, warm staff and comfortable rooms with great convention accomdations. Bar prices were high. Hotel and staff were good, but parking for guest left a little to be desired.

This hotel needs improvment in customer service. Whenever we asked for help from the front desk we were either brushed off, quoted hotel policy or were asked to take care of it ourselves. Check-in took forever. Our child was accidentally locked in the room and we had to beg for help. Internet does not work in most areas of the hotel. They decided to service the a/c during a heat wave. Nobody seemed concerned about any of this. When we complained they apologized but had no idea how to make it better. Rooms are ok and housekeeping is dependable but we will avoid in the future.

Visiting family in the Chicago area. Employees were not friendly and when checking out the clerk could not even manage a thank you for staying with us.

Location and restaurants close by-thank goodness. Front desk guy was rude and restaurant was closed at dinner time and breakfast due to the holiday .This was on Tuesday before Thanksgiving. Very displeased with customer service and the fact that they told us there would be a breakfast buffet and the restaurant was closed both for dinner and breakfast. Couldn't even get a cup of coffee besides what was in the room. They said it was because of the holiday. We were there on a Tuesday night and Wednesday morning before Thanksgiving.

I recently stayed at the Radisson Hotel in Schaumburg, upon arriving the staff approached me as if i shouldnt of been there. The Hotel it self was very nice.

This hotel environment didn't look like a general Radisson hotel. When we ordered a crib for our daughter, the one brought looked like a 20-30 year old. This wasn't like one where any parent would let their child sleep. We didn't feel like using the towels supplied. The carpet in the room looked like completely worn out.
