The Radisson at Cross Keys was a great experience, right from check in to check out. The pool closed for the season the day I got there, but I got my use of the fitness center. The housekeeping staff was very friendly and courteous. Will definitely be staying there again!

Convenient location, clean and well-maintained. Exercise room was poorly ventilated. Hotel was generally in excellent condition and conveniently located next to a shopping area.

A pretty good deal. Comfortable room--excellent airconditioning--and convenient from the ring road. It was easy to get into town too. Be aware that the hotel is in a gated community. So it's safe, but isolated, and doesn't have a lot of easy access to dining outside the hotel.

I have stayed at this hotel many times in the past, using Priceline for most of my stays. My dissatisfaction is due to an unavoidable situation, I was not able to complete my travel. I am very dissatisfied with this outcome.

A large group of us were in Baltimore for a convention. We stayed at this hotel. We thought it was far from the convention center, but it was just a 10 min drive away. Very easy directions. Also, there is a shuttle which takes you within walking distance of the convention center plus other entertainment. The rooms were very nice. The service was second to none! I couldn't believe how attentive the staff were to our needs. This hotel exceeded my expectations, for sure!

It's a very difficult location to get to. Older but recently remodeled hotel; above average room sizes, nice place but very difficult to find. Small road sign; stuck behind a series of shops.

Friendly staff. Beds! Sleep Number beds arenot comfortable. A nice hotel if a bit frayed around the edges. Duct tape on elevator doors! Pluses: free wireless. Minus: Sleep Number Beds. Attached plaza dated but nice.

Automatic late check-in, decor, sleep number bed and free parking. No free breakfast. I thought this hotel was lovely. I appreciated the late check-in and check-out. Of course, the sleep number bed was an obvious plus. The fact that the bed was king-sized and covered with extremely comforting linens made it even more special.

The parking lot had poles so close together that I scraped my car getting out! Only thing I did not like about the public spaces was the tight parking spaces, where I had no choice but to scrape the bumper of my car to get out.

The sleep number bed and breakfast. The old style TV. The beds were very comfortable and the Blueberry pancakes was delicious.
