Location. Okay for short term stay.

Previous guest's dirty clothes were still in the room. Poor TV reception and room not very sleeper-friendly. Provided a coffee maker, but no coffee or cups. Somewhat run down hotel for the price.

This was a great hotel for the price. Conveniently located near supermarkets (Henry's has great fresh produce for great prices), restaurants and highway. Parking was fine but has the potential to be a bit limited if all rooms are booked. Continental breakfast was extremely limited, not really worth eating. Rooms were clean and quiet!! Air conditioner and water pressure were great. Limited tv channels. A bit annoyed that an ironing board and iron were not in the room. Overall, I would most certainly return to this hotel because of its cleanliness, price and its location.

Super friendly staff. Alittle close to the interstate highway although noise was not bad at all. Very friendly and helpful staff. Although, the hotel is very close to the interstate (210) the noise was not bad and close to totally inaudible with theAC unit on. The hotel is obviously not the newest construction but had several upgrades. Large LCD television, in room refrigerator, free wireless internet. I would stay at this hotel again and considering the price is an excellent value.

Great location at freeway off & on ramps. Beds a bit past their prime but OK. Continental 'breakfast'. Poor cable service. If you just need an inexpensive, no frills place to sleep in an expensive area, this is it.

the hotel is ok, bath towels are so small. Looks like and old building just renovated. The carpet needs more cleaning. The soap breaks with one use. Close to the free way. Walking distance to clam jumper and red lobster. No towels at the pool. no micro wave in the room, The small fridge works. No coffee in the coffee maker. A good place just to stay for the night but not really comfortable place to have a lazy day in bed.

Convenient to freeway on/off ramps. Bed had plastic covering over matress. Room looked clean but had some kind of an odor; didn't like the plastic on the mattress; every time you turned over it crunched, the bathroom was clean, which was good.

The hotel refused to recognize my orbitz reservation. Staff was unfriendly and unwilling to try to remedy the situation. Orbitz customer care was ineficcient and wasted over an hour and a half of my time getting it straightened out. If you have to call customer care do not ask to speak to a supervisor, because they just put you on hold and a supervisor never comes. This is my last reservation with orbitz

It had a flat screen TV. It 's continental breakfast was junk food- pastries, orange drink - not juice, plastic wear anddoughnuts, nothing hot. Furniture was beat up and stained. It was conveniently located right next to the interstate exit. The furniture was scuffed up and refrigerator was beat up. The towels were paper thin- barely able to dry a body. The continental breakfast was fine if you love junk food- doughnuts, pastries, orange drink- not juice, whole milk- not skim, regular coffee served on plastic and paper. It was just set up on a card table. It was a major disappointment. The rooms were under construction- with construction dust everywhere on the side walks and walk-ways. Not recommended.

The location is perfect for our needs. We felt safe walking across the street to Claim Jumpers. My wife and daughter were the ones that stayed at the Oak Tree. The toilet was noisy when it was flushed.I feel it should have been fixed.Other than that,it was good.

Convenient and comfortable. Furnishings were old and used but bed was comfortable. There was a coffee maker but no coffee, cream or sugar. Was told by someone at the hotel we could purchase our coffee from coffee machine for $2.00. We did have coffee from continental breakfast. Just a small inconvenience.

The Oak Tree Inn in Monrovia was overall a good place to stay. The room was big, comfortable and clean. I stayed on the second floor there with 3 friends. We would have liked the beds to have been queens and not doubles; the hot tub wasn't heated (!) and there were no filters for the coffee pot. But the price, location and large size of the room made up for these inconveniences. We will definitely stay there again.

Very safe neighborhood. The beds weren't fully made up. The Oak tree is right off the 210 in Monrovia. It's a clean, quiet, nondescript place, adjacent to a suburban strip mall with a variety of restaurants like Claim Jumper, Togas, Starbucks, etc. The hotel is about a five minute walk from Arcadia and is usually a fifteen minute drive from Old Pasadena, though the traffic on 210 can be terrible during rush hour. We stayed for two days. It was totally fine.

We found the Oak Tree Inn to be comfortable and friendly. We would recommend it for travelers we want to be close to attractions in Southern California.
