Didn't spend much time at the hotel - busy trip. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Was a bit noisy due to the large trucks that drive the road next to the hotel.

Staff was excellent and lobby breakfast was nice. I was quite pleased with my stay. Very peaceful and the staff was all quite pleasant and helpful. Met or exceeded all expectations.

my girlfriend and I loved this find. Their pool is brand new and they have setup a spray that mists water on you as you lay out. We were extremely comfortable spending the day laying out in 90 degree heat. I have only seen that in a Hyatt before. Clean and extremely comfortable rooms. I have found my Calistoga hotel!

very welcoming front desk person. The Room was clean, and comfortable, but very simple, which was OK for our needs. The pool area and outdoor courtyard were very nice, we enjoyed relaxing in the pool area after a wonderful dinner. After looking at many of the other hotels in the town, we were more then thrilled with the Clarion.

My family loved staying at the Lodge. It was totally family friendly. My kids enjoyed the pool area and the waffles in the morning. My grandparents live in Calistoga and they had recommended this hotel. We were very happy with this stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Great stay at the Calistoga lodge, quiet, excellent location close to Calistoga downtown with lots of shops and restaurants, nice spacious rooms, great jacuzzi with mineral water. We will stay here again

GREAT manager. Everything functional and nice. Late check in problems office closed butworked out okay. Beautiful setting, great place on the North end of town. Loved the management staff.

My Wife and I stayed here a few weeks ago and were impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms. Our mattresses were brand new pillow top mattresses. The pool and jacuzzi are completely new as well. We enjoyed spending the whole day by the pool! This is a great little inn that is located in a quiet part of town. We will stay again.

we enjoyed our stay, not a 5 star establishment, but peaceful, away, yet not too far away from the rest of the towns other hotels ,staff was helpful. with a bit more overall improvement and refinement, this property has the potential of becoming quite a place.

Convenient location, mineral water hot tub and warm swimming pool. Worn, scratchy towels, outdated furnishings and decor, no fruit with the complimentary breakfast. I heard someone else staying at the hotel say they had checked out a number of local hotels and this one had the best rooms of the bunch. For the money, convenient location, it was certainly fine. My husband, kids, and I loved the mineral water hot tub (small, but did the trick). My kids loved the warm water swimming pool. Towels were scratchy, complimentary breakfast was very basic - not even any fruit. I found myself looking longingly at the Indian Springs Resort across the street, but for about half the price and kid-friendliness, this place was perfectly fine.

The hot tub was out of order and the mineral pool was not heated, we were told you could use the pool and jacuzzi ACROSS the street. The shower curtains had mold, the shower water leaked all over the bathroom floor which made the room smell. And I found an earring in the bed! The sad part is the person who checked us out knew there was a problem with the design of the shower in this room, so why assign it to anybody?

Overall Clarion Lodge was a good deal. The few criticisms I have are that I was not assigned a quiet room away from the street and the hot mineral pools were not hot at all but just lukewarm at best. The breakfast was decent but did not offer healthier items such as hot cereal/oatmeal or fresh fruits for those of us watching what we eat and the coffee was bad.

Clean, comfortable, friendly, helpful staff, great waffles. Sauna out of service. Nice, comfortable beds, rooms in back have great view of mountains and balconies upstairs, friendly staff and great breakfast waffles.

I went to the hotel for a long week end with a friend from Oregon. WE were headed out early and stopped in for the breakfast the hotel offers. My friend had a cup of coffee and was putting the lid on it and it spilled on her white shorts. The staff told us to bring the shorts to them and they would wash them and get the stains out.

Quaint, safe, friendly staff andclean. Loved the fireplace. Coffee not served early enough and was below average in flavor. Nice experience. Convenient, friendly and quiet.

Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was perfect, only minutes from wineries and several restaurants within walking distance. Nice pool and spa area. Room was very nice size and very clean, best of all- was most affordable in the area. HIGHLY recommend to others!!

There is nothing I can think about griping about except for the free breakfast, but normally everyone can gripe about that. Everything else was either at or exceeded my expectatioons, and I would stay there again.

Nice staff, very accomodating, good location, clean rooms. Toddlers in the mineral springs hot tub. Everything was great except for the toddler in diapers in the tub.
