My family stayed in this hotel in September this year. I was very disappointed in this hotel compare it to other Howard Johnson hotels. This one was old and had awful smell on carpet. We also found some blood stains on a bed sheet. I do not think I will recommend my friends to stay there.

The room was reasonably clean and considering how close it was to the highway it was quiet. The air conditioning was poor and took to long to cool the room.

I liked the breakfast set up. It was fast and easy. This hotel was in the middle of resurfacing their parking lot therefore there was not a lot of room to park. When we came back to the hotel at 12:30 that night after a concert there was no place to park. They told us to park in restaurant parking and don't know about others but I was too far from home to get towed away or to have my brand new car broken into. The people up front were not overly friendly just seemed like all they wanted was your money. The location was kind a trashy looking. Only good things were the beds, very plush and nice and pool was clean and right outside of our room. Would not stay here unless it was last place available.

It was close to the freeway. The hotel had fleas! The overall room quality wasn't that bad, but, I guess being pet friendly, we noticed the carpet was infested with fleas. As you'd expect this overshadowed anything good about the room. When telling the staff about he flea problem, the response we got was I know. Ok. knowing the first step, second step is doing something about it. Lazy. Needless to stay this ruined our stay, and will not recommend this motel to anyone. I though Howard Johnsons' had higher standards.

Our ""non-smoking"" room reeked! Our clothes smelled of smoke after being in the room. I have never stayed in even a ""smoking"" room that smelled as bad as this one! The carpet needed vacuumed, and it was generally not kept up. Do not stay in this hotel!

Close to freeway and a great hub to anywhere in area. Hot tub not heated now was pool. Overall nice hotel and met my expectations.

The non-smoking rooms all stink of cigarette smoke. The guest computer doesn't work. No electricity in the breakfast room. Unpleasant and rude staff. We had hot water on 2 out of 4 days. This hotel SUCKS!!

Location, freeway availability. Need for repairs in bathroom. Large room, excellent for family - bathroom needed repair - no hot water in shower, towel rack falling off wall.

Many of the people there were transient workers who must stay long term. They were quiet but the place overall was quite dirty. The mgr did give us the name of a good indian restaurant in Kent.

They changed our room to a ground level. It was one of the most disgusting motels I have ever stayed in. I would not stay at this motel again if they paid me to sleep there. It was dirty, there was holes in the blankets and quiet too many things to list, worst of all, it was not safe, drug deals were happening in the parking lot and the lock on the door was broken.

The first room we were given was filthy and the baseboards had just been ripped off. The second room we were given had black mold around the bathtub and all over the tile. We had to stay the night because it was too late to get another hotel. Breakfast consisted of stale cereal (in dirty containers) and mini muffins hard as rocks. We checked out ASAP and went to Denny's across the street for breakfast. This place is a slum!

It was a good value and it met my basic needs. I would stay there again. A good value and it was a plus with easy access to both the Seattle and Tacoma areas. The staff was great and very helpful with my questions. The next time I’m in the area, I will stay there again. This is a good place to stay if you are a single traveler who will be busy with other things.

"Checked into the room at the front office once I got to my room it was filthy the bed was slept in and not made, there were wet towels were all over the bathroom floor the garbages in the room were full. I had to ask for new sheets and towels so I could make the bed myself and have towels for a shower, it was disgusting"

"The mgr of this hotel is doing the best he can. Our air conditioner was broke, he replaced it. No hot water for 2 days. Ice machines broke but he gave us small amts of ice at the front desk. Pool/hot tub filthy. Sidewalks filthy. Exterior needs paint. Sink in room damaged upon arrival. 2 towels for family of 4. I pity the mgr."

Clean and comfortable. One elevator not working and location random but for the price, who cares? We enjoyed our stay. Clean and comfortable rooms. Staff was very helpful and nice. Breakfast was great. The location is ok but for the price, it's perfect.

Clean and adequate hotel with clean and enjoyable pool for the kids, what we expected for what we bought. Internet accesses a real plus.
