This was a total experience!I have stayed at hotels all over the us! This place was not clean and very unprofessional.I only stayed one night and couldn't wait to get up and check out!

Construction going on at a separate building that was in the picture. Not renting rooms there. Run down, very dirty and carpet was deplorable. I would not recommend this to anyone. I had family from England staying for 10 days there room had fleas infested. They left hotel for a better suitable hotel.

Filthy, the owner/manager was RUDE, and un-accomodating. Rooms were used prior to us getting checked in. Need I say more?

Easy to find, lots of casual dining/fast food near by, very clean, even had a outdoor pool. Could use a little sprucing up, paint, gardener, landscaping, etc. I found this hotel more than adequate, especially for the money. It's not fancy, but was clean and everything in the room worked including the little coffee pot. I thought it was perfectly safe and saw no signs of nefarious activity, just regular people. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would certainly recommend it to friends and family.

My family and I returned home from a 1 night stay at the above listed Hojo location and I felt it absolutely necessary to review this on here where I booked it to save people the frustration. The coffee pot in the room had old coffee in it and no coffee supplies with it. The soda machine and vending machine were completely empty and out of order. I didn't have any real issues with the room except for the overall fact that it was not up to par with a 2 star hotel. I would expect to pay half of what we did.The worst part of the stay was the free breakfast. My daughter poured a glass of apple juice out of the automated machine and when she went to take a drink there was a brownish film that had dropped into the cup, obviously from the dispensing knob not being cleaned. The styrofome cups had a brown residue inside all of them as if something had been spilt on them and then dried. All of the plastic cutlery was filthy. The waffle batter looked disgusting in the prepared cups, as if the batter had been recycled day after day and the pastries provided were sour and smelly. I believe the healh department should make a visit to this establishment. It is a run down, old, smelly building that should be used for homeless people maybe, but not used to steal families hard earned money, ultimately ruining their vacations or trips.

Liked the room. I was put on 3rd floor with no elevator. Person at front desk was less than friendly, thought I was going to have a heart attack climbing stairs. Had 3 large pcs. Of luggage, with no offer of help from office or maintained people.

What a dump. I checked in my room. Upon entering I was taken back by the stench. It smelled so bad. So I folded down the bed sheets to check it out and there was human hair in the bed. Not just a piece but quite a few pieces. It was nasty. So all of a sudden I started getting hives and had trouble breating well come to find out they allow cats. I have a horrible allegry and that explained the smell. So they let me switch room since I almost died from my allergy and there was the issue with someones hair in my bed. So I entered the second room. First I had to take out the trash of the person that stayed before me. Then I looked at that bed. Um this bed had a new surprise in the covers there was crust. I was just sick at this point. I packed my stuff and looked under the bed to make sure I was not forgetting anything. Well under the bed there were (2) 1" dead cockroaches. Hello has anyone there heard of a vaccum?? I know that floor had not seen one in a long time from the dirt and crumbs that were between the nightstand and the bed. Also there was I don't know maybe puke running down the nightstand that had by the time I got there hard and dried on. In both rooms the comforter was ripped and shredded and I am sure never washed and it look as though it was from the 60's. So that is a long time to never wash a dirty bed. My advice run as fast as you can away from there unless you want a disease. I am not exaggerating in the least bit.

The front desk staff wore bright smiles, very inviting. If you want extended cable TV this isn't the place for you. The hotel staff wore bright smiles and were full of helpful ideas on local eateries. For breakfast they had individual servings of waffles that guests could cook themselves, two types of juices and strong coffee. An excellent value for the business traveler or family vacationing on a budget.

Old run down hotel, very hot, no elevator, air conditioner noisy kept waking me up at night. Walking distance to denny's, sonic, and waffle house.

None. Dirty rooms, mold. Do not stay here, not clean, loud, not safe.

The hotel is old, dirty and in bad repair. No elevators, floors creak badly, door key kept not working, cobwebs and dirt everywhere, stained, thin towels that always felt damp.

Overall I have been satisfied with this hotel each time I have stayed there. There have been some inconsistencies with me getting the type of room I booked, sometimes to my benefit, but they have always been acceptable. The rooms have always been clean when there.

When I see 2 stars for this hotel/motel, it confounds me. It was a very dark and unclean place to stay. It's fee per night was double what it should have been. When you are in a dark and unclean place, you do not feel safe. I had made the mistake of confirming 7 nights by internet (won't do that again) and they would not let me out of the charge. The people that managed it had very poor management skills...they seemed to live at the hotel/motel, so....make of that what you will. I do not recommend it!

Everything from the smell of a non smoking room smelt like smoke the stairs were broke and you had to miss 2 steps to get up stairs.

"The room was niceand was kept very clean. The cont. breakfast was good. Desk reps were helpful. I wish there was a workout room, but there was not. There was a Denny's next door, which was very good."

Information about hotel was not accurate, ex. location , it was further from UNT. Very poor, embarrassed to be seen staying at this particular hotel.

"This motel was very dirty and unsanitary. The carpets had not beed vacummed for months, many rooms had heaters and TV's that did not work. Refrigerators with mold. Used condoms and cigarettes in the rooms. Left over pizza toppings between the sheets and bedspread. Rude desk help. Sheets were never changed. "

Absolutely nothing. Dark Dingy, stucco peeling off the outside. It was yellow and dirty, did not look anything like the pix you posted. The pool area was old and unkept. We did not spend even one night there it was so horrible. The halls were dark and dingy. I feared for the safety of myself and my child. I decided to eat the $180 and we left before even spending one night there, I went across the interstate to the Fairfield Inn where I paid double that cost even with my AARP discount and it was worth every cent.

Nothing. They did not have our room ready. Sent us to a room already occupied. Rude staff! Terrible place! First the clerk gave us a key to a room with someone already in the room. Scared them to death. When we returned to the desk the RUDE manager told us our room was not reserved in the computer so we had to take a smoking room. We refused and had to stand and argue for 10 minutes about whether or not we would be charged for the room because he "technically" had a room to offer us. We went to another hotel but he refused to help us secure another room somewhere else because "they are his competition". The property was run down and downright scary.
