Located immediately outside the city walls close to the 'Wuerzburger Tor', this hotel is nextdoor to the 'Gasthof-zum Rappen'.

This hotel is ideal for all travellers and offers a pleasant and relaxing stay.

Only having recently been built, it very much resembles a typically English country house hotel. It is subtly painted in a creamy colour with sloping tiled roofs and car parking space at the front.

Guests must dine in the attractive, traditionally decorated, restaurant in the 'Gasthof-zum Rappen' next door but there is bar located in the basement. It has a very relaxing and rustic atmosphere, with its open fire place, beautifully carved wooden chairs and wagon wheels hanging from the wood panelled walls.

Reception is closed between 22:00-07:00. For check in between these times please call the hotel in advance to organise check in.

The bedrooms are large on average and bright and airy, with modern soft furnishings in attractive, neutral shades. The addition of coffee table, writing desk and chairs in light wood, mirrors and lamps, creates a very warm and comfortable ambience.

The hotel has a medium sized, modern reception area. It has been furnished with light wood, pretty pastel armchairs and large pot plants in complete contrast to the typical 'rothenburg' hotel style.
