A lovely homestead style guest house, Close to the beaches, local shops and a lovely English pub/restaurant. And only a short drive to Seal and Penguin Islands, the Marapana wildlife world and many wineries and a good selection of top class restaurants on the water front in Rockingham. Homestead Bed and Breakfast is a lovely homestead style guest house in Warnbro, Rockingham - just at the end of the Freeway off Safety Bay Road. We are in easy reach of Penguin and Seal Island, Palm Beach (the base of the Swim with the Dolphins and Dolphin Watch cruises), Marapana Wildlife Park, local wineries, public access golf courses and many top class restaurants and cafes. We have two Queen rooms, one with ensuite and one shares a bathroom with a twin room, that has King size single beds. Each room has TV with Foxtel, reverse cycle air conditioning, tea and coffee making facilities and walk-in robe and a fridge, washer and iron in the laundry for guests. Other features include: Lovely comfortable lounge, Dining area, Quiet reading area, Wireless Internet available, and Garden patio.

What are your breakfast options?: Breakfast (cost is in the tariff) is a Continental, juices, tea/coffee, fruit, yogurt, cereals, toast, and homemade jams or a cooked breakfast can be ordered for an extra $7.50 per serve. Time for breakfast is to suit each individual guest, usually between 7:00 am and 8:45 am, but can be ordered early for working guests.
What traveller type is most suited?: The property caters for all. A lot of Business people and singles come to Rockingham with the Defence force which is close by.
What transport is available to get around?: Close to train station from Perth. It's a good stopover for guests on their way to Margaret River and Albany.
What can I do nearby?: Attractions in Rockingham are Penguin and Seal Island. Swim with the dolphin tours, Marapana Wildlife Zoo, award winning beaches all around Rockingham, great windsurfing and kitesailing, sailing, swimming, and snorkeling around the islands. Fremantle and Mandurah are a 20 minute drive. Perth Airport is 45 minutes away. Some great wineries within a 10 minute drive.
Do you have internet?: There is wireless internet, so if guests have there own computer they can log on for free. They can use our own computer if only to check emails and flights, etc.
Do you provide parking?: The property has plenty of off road parking in our grounds (free) and is enough for extra 3
