I would particularly recommend this friendly and convenient little hotel to stay: The room that I stayed in was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed, being also convenient for Kensington (Olympia) tube station. (5 mins walk).We didn't take breakfast, but the room alone was worth the rate. Well done, we'll be back!

Great value for moneyA really clean and tidy BB, all rooms have on suite, the single i had at first was ok but the room they moved me to for the last night was very cramped and being at the front was noisy with traffic but other wise good, if you stay here ask for a room at the back its really quiet.

Single room - possibly the smallest room I've ever stayed in but had everything you needed and was very comfortable. Not noisy even though on a busy road. Shower was good. Tiny breakfast room. The price was very cheap for such a central location and I'd have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone thinking of staying overnight, if going to a concert or seeing a show.

good value for money and friendly perfect for getting to Shepherds Bush EmpireThe staff were very friendly and tried to please to a high standard. Our room on the second floor was very small, but adequate. We dont think the shower had been attended to, since there was a disposable razor left on the shower base, and there was no soap. It was clean enough, the shower powerful, but quite claustrophobic. The bed was very comfy and clean.The breakfast was very basic but adequate.

Really noisy roomIt was clean and cheap but very noisy, if you plan to stay here please take ear plugs with you, the sounds from the plumbing from the other rooms will drive you mad.

Ok for a cheap stayover, but not friendliest!Upon arriving, the receptionist was not present. Came 5 minutes later eating food and briefly apologised and then proceeded to be quite rude for the whole process of booking in. Altogether unfriendly and unhelpful.The room itself was small, but perfectly fine for a cheap stayover. Was clean, there was hot water and facilities were good. Several light bulbs didn't work around the room (had to use shaving light in bathroom)It wasn't horrible and if it weren't for the receptionist I would have enjoyed my stay. Personally, I wouldn't go there again.

My third stay in this hotel. It is reasonably priced, has good facilities, is clean and is close enough to busses and tubes to central London. No complaints and on account of it being my third stay, would prob recommend.

Does exactly what it says on the tin!We stayed in Rm 18 just off the street on the ground floor and next to the hotel entrance. The Good Bits : 1. It's clean 2. The reception guy was quite helpful with bus information and even fixed our tele 3. It's got a flatscreen tele w freeview - you need to put down a £10 deposit for the remote though 4. It's fairly accessible - only a 3-5 min walk from Kensington Olympia (if you take the correct exit that is) 5. Good bus links to HammersmithThe Not-so-good Bits: 1. The double room was tiny - don't bring a suitcase. However, the use of space with quite ingenious and totally functional with a small fridge/ bar and kettle 2. The shower was even more tiny but powerful with plenty of hot water and a glass cubicle (not curtains) 3. They charge a 3% fee for card transactions but the nearby Londis & Tesco do cashbacks and there's a machine at the station if you're too tight to pay for it.Verdict: Top choice if you're not fussy about space and staying just 1-2 nights without a suitcase. Avoid it if you're trying to impress your partner with a romantic weekend in London - it might be your last :)

Lovely Central HotelI enjoyed my stay at this Hotel , My room was small but Ideal for me as I was alone.The room and bathroom were very clean excellent in fact, The staff were very helpfuland the price included a continental breakfast , I could'nt have asked for more I woulddefinitely stay there again.

Everything I wantedI needed somewhere cheap, accessable and clean to stay whilst seeing a show in London. I managed to get this room for a bargain price of £30 for the night. For that price, in London, I couldn't really fault it. Double Bed, TV, Tea and coffee, somewhere to hang clothes, a fridge, hairdryer and ensuite show room.... all in a compact room (room 8).... didn't feel the need to swing a cat so very happy!

You pay for what you get£30 for a single room (which turned out to have a double bed, albeit in a room the size of a prison cell) is pretty damn cheap in London, especially since it had an en-suite shower room. Everything was perfectly adequate for the money and I'd stay there again. I can imagine it's a lot noisier in the rooms at the front of the hotel than the back though. For those not acquainted to well with London, the Kensington (Olympia) tube stop is limited use so for more frequent tubes use the Sheppard's Bus stop, which is about 10 min walk.

Not bad for the priceI needed somewhere cheap to stay, and this was it. the room was clean, though the toilet seat was falling off and a few other handles were loose, but other than that it was ok.

Ideal for London Book FairI stayed comfortably and conveniently one night here. The room was clean and well equipped. A basement room, but not claustrophobic, nor noisy. Shower and tv conveniently arranged. All very comfortable. I slept well. The staff were helpful and I was able to store my luggage before and after my stay.

5 minutes to the tube so great value for anyone just needing a room for a few nights. Rooms were small but comfortable with all you need if you are a sightseer. Continental breakfast included for tis price makes it a great deal.

CompactCompact to say the least - but clean and the bed was comfortable and the shower was hot - what more do you need for a crash hole for the night. For the price is was fine BUT pay by cash or there is an additional 3% charge!

It's OKRoom was a bit small and you can hear the people in the room very easy next door. But for the cost it was not to bad.
