Very clean and modern, great staff, good location centrally located. Overall, we were very happy with this hotel. It was clean and modern, the staff was very nice and they delivered on everything promised. This was a very good hotel overall.

Even though my sister and I only stayed at the Holiday Inn Express for 1 night it was a great night. The two gentelman that worked the front desk on the night of March 12,20009 we very helpfull. We were directed where to go and what to eat. I will defenitly be returning to this hotel on the my next trip to Miami Springs. The beds were so comfortable I wanted to take it home with me. The mornining of our check out our transportation was presetup to go straight to our cruise ship. If you want a clean comfortably stay well you've found it.

Location to airport. Room needed blinds to keep out morning sun. Nice hotel great location from airport and rental car. Easy to get to.

Not so bad after we insisted to be moved. We had requested smoke free but the first room REEKED of smoke. The second room was just fine, clean and NO smoke odor. Very helpful on somewhere to eat recommending IHop, next door, for dinner. Would recommend but be cautious about non smoking.

The hotel was in the process of some reconstruction. The room was comfortable, the bathroom should be more updated with updated fixtures. Also vending area for snacks needed some updating, old crudy looking ice machines was not pleasing to look at. Desk clerk extra friendly and helpful!

Very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. No pool, not enough shuttle times. This hotel was the cleanest I have ever stayed in. It was either new or recently remodeled. The beds were comfortable especially after a long trip. The staff were very helpful. They even let us stay a little past the check-out time, since we were having trouble getting a rental car to continue our trip. The airport shuttle is the only thing we had any gripes about. We had to call them three times to come pick us up. We were told once that the shuttle had already come and gone. Apparently it comes only on scheduled times, not at 1:00 in the morning when we needed it. We ended up just taking a taxi after waiting for 45 minutes.

The staff are very friendly and accomodating. The only thing that is not good is the room is quite small because the room is quite expensive. But overall, I had a very nice stay at the hotel.

They were very accommodating and friendly. One of the bathrooms behind front desk was a mess. Its prefect for travelers who want a hotel, with a nice room, comfortable bed, a nice hot shower, a place to keep your luggage, if your planning on doing allot of day trips. Express breakfast had more choices then I expected, but the dining room got a little crowded at times, overall we enjoyed it.

Convince to airport and price. Lobby staff was somewhat inexperienced. The hotel was adequate for what we needed - a clean, convenient and economical place to stay for one night on our way to our final destination.

Not recommended at all. After 15 minutes we arrived, our handbag were stoled in the hotel lobby, with our passports, money, credit cards and other belongings .. There was no security at all. The hotel manager, Ms Carmela Lariccia treated us very badly: -- Made us leave the hotel to the police report (to the effect that the other passengers warned not the fact) - We were refuse by her to make phone calls to the credit cards and the consulate. -- After beg her, she allowed us to make some calls, for which we were charged 60 U / S. - After that the manager asked us to go to a shop and buy a phone card to make the rest of calls from a public phone (arguing that it was "cheaper"). - the manager never told us to go into her office and leave us standing for 2 hours in a state of shock that we were. - never told us to phone to 411 to find out the phone Visa and American Express, and we had to call our country to find out that number This happened as soon as we arrived to Miami We suspect that the hotel staff "identified" us to the criminals. There were 2 thiefs inside the hotel and a third one outside waiting in the car???and nobody realized !!!!! The hotel entrance and the area is very bad and there is no kind of security during the day. Very bad location Don?t go ......... The worst experience in our life

No recomendable para nada. Nos asaltaron alli, en el lobby y nadie hizo nada Nos trataron terriblemente mal A los 15 minutos de llegar fuimos victimas de un robo en el lobby del hotel, donde nos hurtaron la cartetra con todos los pasaportes, dinero , tarjetas de credito y demas pertenencias.. No habia seguridad y nadie se responsabilizo del hecho. nos hizo salir del hotel para hacer la denuncia policial (a los efectos de que los demas pasajeros no advirtieran el hecho) -Nos nego el telefono para hacer las llamadas pertinentes a las tarjetas de credito y al consulado. - Luego de rogarle nos permitio hacer algunas llamadas, por las cuales nos cobro. -A posteriori nos pidio que fueramos a otro hotel a comprar una tarjeta telefonica para hacer el resto de las llamadas desde un telefono publico (argumentando que asi costaria mas "barato"). -Nunca nos hizo pasar a su despacho, y nos dejo parados por 2 horas en el estado de shock que nos encontrabamos. -no se le ocurrio llamar al telefono gratuitol 411 para averiguar el telefono de visa y american express, y debimos llamar a nuestro pais para averiguarlo Como esto ocurrio al llegar a Miami, esta claro que "nos arruino el viaje" Tenemos testigos de todo lo ocurrido, y no descartamos que el personal del hotel nos haya "se?alado" a los delincuentes, los cuales eran 2 dentro del mismo y un tercero fuera con el auto en marcha ( y nadie se dio cuenta????? ) La entrada del hotel y la zona es muy mala y no hay ningun tipo de seguridad durante el dia. No vayan.........

El Holiday Inn Express de Miami fue una experiencia horrible para nosotros Es un hotel extremadamente inseguro y peligroso, situado en un barrio aislado y peligroso, con una entrada desagradable y sin vigilancia Cuando hicimos el check in, el 9 de julio de 2008 las 9.15 hs la empleada de la recepcion, insistio que vayamos a desayunar. Cuando fuimos al breakfast room que se encuentra en el lobby del hotel, 2 personas que se encontraban alli desayunando (y que aparentemente no eran pasajeros del hotel) nos robaron el bolso con nuestras pertenencias, pasaportes, dinero , tarjetas de credito. No habia personal de seguridad, y la gerente del hotel no hizo nada. Todo lo contrario, la manager se encargo de maltratarnos, y se nego a prestarnos el telefono o darnos algun tipo de ayuda (nos dijo que compremos una tarjeta telefonica y que hagamos la denuncia a las tarjetas de credito desde un telefono publico fuera del hotel). Incluso se nego a llamar a la policia, cosa que tuvimos que hacer nosotros mismos. Cuando nos quejamos sobre eso, nos amenazo con hacernos arrestar (para lo cual si era capaz de llamar a la policia) No lo recomiendo para nada. Es muy inseguro. La peor experiencia de mi vida

My family and I stayed at this hotel for one night after our cruise. It met my expectations. The lobby was clean and neat. The carpet in the hallways looked new and were very clean. The room was very clean with a fresh smelling scent. The staff was extremely nice and greeted us with a warm welcome. It was nice to be able to use the computer at the business center for no extra charge. In the morning they had a hot breakfast available and a newspaper waiting for us outside the room door. Resteraunts, including IHop is within walking distance. It was just an overall comfortable and relaxing place to stay. We had no complaints and would gladly stay with them again.
