Grand it's not, but it was very acceptable, clean and well located.

The price was good for the city, but not particularly a great value. The location is great...next door to Tivoli and easy walk to Stroget and the harbor. We did not eat in the hotel but there is an Italian restaurant connected to the hotel. We were able to check in at noon and standard check out is at noon. No hotel noise to speak of, some street noise if the window is open (of course!!)

Staff very helpful. I think this hotel is overpriced due to very small room and even smaller bathroom.

This hotel has a wonderful location, close to central train station. It is old with characteristically small rooms but beautifully restored. Service is excellent.We would stay there again.

Great location but rooms are very small and there is no conciege, gym or lobby to speak of.

Excellent central location but It needs a serious face lift. Very small wardrobes,no room for storing the suitcases and old carpets. Staff is very helpfull but overloaded.

Poor, old and tidy facilities anyhow in the spot of the city.

Hotel was in a great location, next to the main train station and provided a great breakfast. Bathroom was split between 2 rooms and the shower was the entire bathroom. Small room with little room except for the furniture...but typical of so many in Europe. Couldn't accomodate us til the 3pm check in but checked bags. Free internet in lobby and room.

Nice hotel in the center of Copenhagen, close to the central station and Tivoli (2 minute walk). Large amount of rooms which can give problems at breakfast, solved quickly by the staff. I would recommend this hotel.

The only advantages of the Hotel is the nearness of the railway station, and the breakfast. Otherwise, it is no worth to stay there. The rooms are small and used, no place for the luggage, the bath are old and very used, some are also very small, while the price is as high as it would be a luxury hotel.
