all except cleaning staff were wonderful! Any request was met with a smile, from directions to coupons for local restaurants. We did find the rooms very small and the walk to all but CNN a ways.

Convenient location, historic, renovated property. Ari conditioning in room failed, but was promptly moved to a suite. Hip, renovated historic hotel near Centennial Olympic Park and Phillips arena. Smallish rooms, but nicely furnished / updated.

Staff was very helpful. Rooms were recently remodeled and featured all modern amenities. Wireless internet included (paying for internet in this day and age is a pet peeve of mine). Close to CNN and Olympic/Freedom Park.

This is the best hotel experience I have had in a long time. The service was excellent. The room was beautiful and the bed was comfortable. I will start looking at boutique hotels for future travel destination instead of the large chains.

The hotel is very nice. Rooms are small but well appointed. The only complaint is that the air-conditioning worked poorly. We couldn't get the temperature below 71 degrees in the room. Other than that, the stay was pleasurable.

Rooftop bar great night view staff good. Location. Very boutique hotel in the style of the W's. I don't appreciate the starkness and chicness (comfortableness) that is so in today. The location is iffy in an iffy neighborhood.

I had booked threw travelwebsite for a weekend get away for my love and I. We booked a King Suite with a Park view and got a Queen and a view of a parking structure! Valet had told us that they were the only safe place to park (mind you it is $25 a day extra) come to find that things were missing in both cars the next day, and that our two cars were actually stored in a structure 3 blocks away. Room service states to be open till 11pm on that Saturday, when we called for dessert and something to drink we were hung up on twice. Then the front desk told us to come get it our selves that they had shut down early. (With no warning when we checked in) The tub pictured below is only in handicap rooms and Penthouse suite. I will never recommend this hotel to any one I know and I strongly caution you as well. Its not worth the time and or $ !!!!

Rooms are smallish, but well appointed: flat panel TV, well stocked mini-bar, alarm clock w/MP3 input, desk, safe, robes, and nice linens. Only shower, no bathtub, but shower was large and nicely tiled. Window between shower and bedroom was a bit unusual and forced you to close shower curtain to use other bathroom facilities with privacy, but fit w/room. Gym stocked with towels and water, and two flat panel TVs. Service was great. After leaving I realized that I left a pair of sunglasses in my room. They were found and shipped 2nd day air at the hotel's cost.

very pricey hotel..the price per night exceeds the comfort of the hotel

Valet. No privacy in the bathroom so even traveling with relatives can be uncomfortable. The hotel itself was very noisy next to a club that plays very loud music and sits on the street so the street noise is very annoying. I would be upset if this hotel was offered to me again as a 4 star deluxe.

Although the room is small, it is very cozy and stylish. The staff are all nice and helpful.

I'm not a hotel expert, don't know if something can be done to soundproof rooms that face major traffic. Sleep was a major challenge. After complaining twice by second day, did get much quieter room. Otherwise, really neat place, very mod, hip, retro, etc. Free internet a plus! Bedding wonderful! Be prepared for a window from bedroom into the shower (60s-type metal beads on bedroom side as ""curtain""). You can see right through. So you need not to be the shy type, or take a shower with the light low or off (at least you can dim it). A lot of unusual and creative touches throughout.

Extremely warm and welcoming. The handicapped room I had and high bar prices. Smiles abound on the staff throughout the hotel facilities. Someone was always available for a question, a recommendation or just a hello. Food in the restaurant was very good and the hostess seemed more like a friend than a server.

We ended up staying only one of the three nights we had planned on staying at the Glenn. The only reason we stayed one night was it was too late in the evening to go out looking for another hotel. The magazines, 3D glasses, artwork on the walls and buttons on the phone were very inappropriate and down right offensive. Have we lost all sense of integrity in this society! Anyway, we ordered room service and did not get what we ordered however the delivery was fast. Also, it was extremely noisy until 2 or 3 in the morning.

This is a nice contemp hotel. There was a problem getting a double, which I req in Nov 2006. That left only one bed and a pull-out. The first night the air was broken. We went to another room. By the time it was over, I had stayed in 3 rooms and was only there for 2 nights. This hotel also sits on a busy street & all night long we heard traffic. From buses to trucks, we heard it all and couldn't sleep for most of the night. I probably wouldn't stay at this hotel in the future. It's too loud to get a good nights sleep.

Location and the free wi-fi internet. Front desk people were very courteous and professional. Bowel movement left in room. Poor water pressure. Neighbors yelling and screaming at 4:00. Elevator non-functioning at times. When we 1st checked in someone left a walkie-talkie on a desk and a bowel movement in the toilet (un-flushed). Moved to new room. Poor water pressure from the overhead shower fixture. One waste basket in entire suite. Neighbors yelling and screaming from about 04:00 to about 08:00. Room never vacuumed. No light overhead for desk area. Poor lighting. Elevator would work sometimes and sometimes not. Heard other guests complain about this also. One bar of soap for the entire stay. Never changed soap. Sometimes they would leave bottles of shampoo, most times not. Never gave one soap for the shower, just one for the sink. Small bed. Small room. Small desk space. One day came in at 3:30 pm and room not done, bed not made. Parking very expensive. Actually more than the daily car rental rate. Other hotels we've stayed in the area offer free parking. The temperature in room never reached set temperature that we programmed in. When plugged in iron, the lights would dim and/or go out when turned on blower in bathroom. Not enough outlets in convenient places in suite.

Was just visiting Atlanta for one day on our way to Florida for the holidays. Hotel was great, location was perfect as we were going to Hockey game at Phillips arena. Bed was the most comfortable I've slept in, staff was friendly, helpful. Overall, would stay again....."

Great location, fabulous and attentive staff, a bar that can mix a drink and a rooftop lounge. What's not to like? Rooms were small - not a problem for a couple, but don't plan on family. Appointed very nicely though! I'd stay again in a heartbeat.
