Peace and tranquility in lovely countrysideWould definitely recommend this to anyone needing somewhere to stay for Exeter Airport. The owners will ferry you to/from the airport if required (5 mins drive). Their house is very large and comfortable, didn't get the time to sample their indoor pool or tennis court, but they looked very good. The breakfast was very good, quick and tasty. Liz the owner, was very welcoming, and directed us to the local pub (About a mile walk) for some supper - lovely lanes to walk around, bird song, cloud spotting... and silent!

Country House B&BIt is definately a country house, it was a little hard to find to begin with as its tucked away. It was clean, the room was lovely and the bed was sooo comfortable. My room actually seemed like it may have once been their daughters bedroom. The shower room was adequate. The breakfast was freshly cooked and again was very nice. The only part of my stay that I didnt really like was the bedroom had no lock on the door, not even a bolt. I found that a little bit strange. However, I would definately stay again if I was in Exeter for business or a break with my partner.

Fabulous house and very helpful host. I should have called ahead to get directions - do not rely on the internet based maps.

No, you won't find this place unless you follow the directions provided! The location is charming, yet not far off the beaten track, the house and proprietors lovely and the food (breakfast only) of a high quality. Nicer than a chain hotel.

The house is located down a single track road so I would recommend obtaining good directions. I used a SAT nav to find my way not realising that it wouldnt take me to the Lodge. The owner however was very helpful in directing me when I called her. She recommended I ate at The Digger Rest which was a lovely country pub which servered excellent food and only a 5 minute drive. The Lodge provides an excellent choice for Breakfast I however only had time for a bowl of cereal and some toast. The room was very comfortable and clean.

Extremely convenient from the M5 and not difficult to find. We were made very welcome. The room was lovely and having a swimming pool was a great bonus.

A nice quiet location, which suited me on this trip. A nearby pub was recommended for evening meal and it was very good.

Very pleasant surroundings. The B&B is set in a tranquil rural setting but only 5mins away from Exeter. The people running the B&B are friendly and accomodating to guest needs.

Lovely hotel, very convenient for the university park and ride at westpoint. Very difficult to find, thankfully helped by a neighbour who showed us the way. Down some very small lanes, a bit daunting for us townies! But would recommend.

Very friendly guest house.Very handy for Westpoint centre or Airport with no need to fight traffic coming out of Exeter.Breakfast choice exceptional.

I feel that this was more suited to the leisure traveller, lovely setting and the quietest nights sleep you will ever have, great breakfast but just a little off the beaten track. If you want to eat out you need to take the car, just a little thing but if you are staying away for business you woudn't be able to have a couple of drinks with your evening meal to unwind due to having to drive

We had a delightful stay at Glebe Lodge. The tennis court and swimming pool were a lovely suprise and so was the wonderful tranquillity of the surroundings. Our hosts were extremely friendly and helpful and recommended a very good pub for our evening meal. We visited with my mother and she too was most impressed. We would love to go back if we are ever in the area.
