We checked into our room with no problem. The hotel is being totally renovated. We were first booked into a new room that did not have any air conditioning, but did have a fan in the closet. As it was in excess of 90 degrees, we found this unacceptable. After a wait of approximately one half hour, we were given a choice of three rooms (one of which had no air conditioning). The room we selected appeared to be fine, but the drain for the sink in the kitchenette area had not been correctly installed and water leaked onto the carpet. Also, the remote control for the television had to be replaced. Finally, the restaurant was not open for dinner and we had to opt for room service. We attribute all of the problems to a lack of management oversight.

The set up of the room and free breakfast. The AC in the room was broken and not fixed. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The lobby was very pretty and had tables set up for the restaurant and lounge. The rooms were large with a separate sitting area. They also have two flat panel TV's in each room. Free breakfast is served every morning and in the evening they have complimentary cocktails. It is right off the interstate and in a safe part of town. The light rail train station is only a block away, which is convenient to get to ball games and the downtown area.

Little busy when I checked in, but when it was my turn, all her attention was on me, not on all the other things she had to do. The bed was heavenly. The cleaning staff left me alone when I wanted them to, so life was good.

Good location. Friendly staff. Room was too warm A/C checked, but still too warm.

I only stayed in this hotal for one night. The general experience was good.

When we travel as a family, we prefer to get a suite. The kitchen-ette sink drained slowly and had a bad odor coming from the drain. We liked the suite, and the location. The lines for food on the weekend (Sunday morning) were long and too much for the one cook on duty. However, we still enjoyed the stay and will probably stay there again in the future.

From the setting of the reservations to the check-out for departure. My experience was great. I really appreciated the customer service that was presented. I am big on customer service skills and the associates at the desk, no matter the shift was excellent. My room was phenominal and my stay was out of this world. I really enjoyed the little apartment atmosphere that is presented with each suite. I really didn't want to leave my room after getting there, inspite of the activities that I had planned for myself. I didn't take advantage of the many options available, because this experience was new to me. However, on my next visit, I will be using every benefit available to me. The food is excellent and the atmosphere is wonderful as well. I love that it gives off out outdoorsy feel while still being inside. I never left the hotel the entire weekend. I really had no plans to leave, but after arriving there, it became evident that I wasn't moving my vehicle until departure day. Thank you for making my new individual experience a memorable one.

Nice setting. You had to pay for internet, at other ES I did not. Very nice setting and room. The breakfast was nice, I was disappointed in the $9 charge for internet.

The bed was so comfortable, we didn't want to get up. In the morning we were disturbed twice (by management and housekeeping). Good: big rooms, comfortable beds, quiet and clean, amazing free breakfast, beautiful and peaceful inside gardens, helpful staff and free shuttle to nearby locations! For the price, I would definitely come here again.

My purse was stolen and then returned. My purse was stolen. They were helpful in trying to locate my purse.

Front desk very accommodating, free breakfast. Not enough chefs at omelets bar. Embassy suites hunt valley is a pretty, comfortable hotel with many amenities. It has a great complimentary full breakfast. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful. A manager's reception from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm takes the edge off a hard day. This is a nice place to stay for a family, business, or romantic weekend.

It is close to the highway, and the price was reasonable. It was a little dingy. The TV remote control didn't work. This hotel is okay for the price. We stayed at the Sheraton inner harbor on Thursday night, and it was much nicer. On Friday night, we stayed at embassy suites and it was a step down. But it was worth it, because the price at the Sheraton for a Friday night would have been much higher.

Breakfast was great. Layout of the hotel and suites. I would stay there again. A/c in one of the bedrooms did not work well. I would stay there again. I would recommend this hotel to others.

Frniture needs upgrading. While an excellent facility, I think the hotel needs modernizing and upgrading. In particular, the furniture in the living room

Great free breakfast & cocktail hrs & faboo food & housekeeping staff. Real suite [not oversized room]. Pool! Rudeness from some front desk staff, micro-fridge set up, lack of offer to make up for troubles. Great location, indoor poor/whirlpool, ambience & the most comfy beds anywhere. The "freebies" for breakfast and 2-hr cocktails are full-featured, first-class. The suites have separate bedroom [many with micro-balcony] and sitting/office room, not just one super-room. But trying to work, talk or sleep in the sitting room is difficult because of very noisy a/c intake. In-room net access is painful & not well designed or supported.

Great mgrs drinks party each night and breakfast is great. Burned out light bulb and not a cinch to check out. Nice location, the free drinks each night is nice and the breakfast is great. The refurb is a good thing but not well cleaned up (residue on bathroom door from refurb work, main door stuck) Only one ice machine worked out of 4 we tried. Can be noisy with kids on weekend. Overall a good place.

Beautiful room, professional and friendly service. Did not see any local sidewalks to walk to local businesses. Overall, I was very pleased. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff was equally wonderful. Would definitely stay at this hotel again!
