Dobrudja Hotel is situated at the center of the resort and only 150 m. away from the beach, at the beginning of the art alley. The Hotel is a 17-storey building with 6 lifts.

In the main restaurant guests can order international dishes in a dining room with contemporary decor and furnishings, a relaxed ambience and low-level lighting. The restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner daily and has vegetarian options and a children's menu. At Ciel Blue, guests can sample French specialties in the 17th floor dining room with panoramic sea views.

The hotel also has a Chinese restaurant and the 15th floor Panorama Caf ', where cocktails are served to the accompaniment of piano music and sea views. The Dobrudja Hotel also has three other bars, two open by day and one by night. The beach, city, botanical garden and nature reserve can be found within ten kilometres of the property.
