Good thing I knew the area The paper on the e-mail said" 7 Bridge Rd US 209, The Exit is "309 on US 209 That was confusing. My mistake for not checking the map. Otherwise a great trip. Checkin was smooth and the room was clean, with a great view. The morning coffee and donuts were fine. The check out lady could brush up on her manners and not try to tell the clients that they have false beliefs, unless asked by the clients. she had no thank you or extended any smile. perhaps she needed a vacation.all other staff were very friendly and more than happy to extend a smile. especially the remote man who helped us find a great place to eat. a special thanks to him. The pool was wonderful, the rooms bathroom very clean, everything was orderly, we got our money worth microwave& fridge an extra plus.

I first arrived to the room to find the floor had not been vaccuumed. There was used toilet paper on the floor, what appeared to be candy bar chunks, and it was obvious that along the walls had never been vaccumed with hose attatchment in ages. I was disgusted. Then the following day, I returned to my room at 5 p.m. to find it had as of yet to be cleaned, despite my placing the Please make up room sign on the outside of the door at 7:30 a.m. I phoned the front desk requesting it be taken care of promptly. I was told, We have a lot of rooms to clean. We will be there very shortly. At 7 p.m. and still no visit from housekeeping with even a couple fresh towels, I again phoned the front desk. Within an hour this time (now 8 p.m.) housekeeping arrived. I can say that this hotel had a nice pool that was like an indoor pool as it was enclosed and a decent continental breakfast. Check in and check out were short and sweet. However this hotel certainly could use some better upkeep. Caulking was peeling off, there were holes in the room walls, the sink was partially clogged, etc.

Centrally located to all our destinations. Cleanliness and bathroom facilities were not updated. Had a quick one night stay for a graduation. Was centrally located and easily accessible to our needs. Having a refrigerator and microwave in the room was a huge plus. If the bathroom was bigger and updated the stay would have gotten higher reviews.

The room was clean and quiet. We were glad for the refridgerator and the coffee maker in the room. We enjoyed the breakfast. We were pleased with what we had for the price we paid.

The lobby had coffee and hot water late at night. It had the rudest and most incompetent staff while I was checking out. We walked to the room there was someone looking in the window of one of the rooms, he looks very suspicious but we didn't want to cause any problems so we kept on our way. Then when we got to the room it seemed clean at first but one of the bed sheets looked like they had hair on them and even a piece of dead skin. It was really disgusting, but the other bed was clean and I can handle that to a certain extent. The biggest issue was with checkout. I was second in line to checkout and the woman handling my checkout asked if I had my credit card on me. I didn't so she told me I would have to wait. I waited 5 minutes as she helped other people and she had already taken my key card at this point. She proceeded to ignore me and then when I spoke up after the second person had been checked out by her manager with out a credit card in hand I was told to be patient young lady and that I would have to wait. I wont ever stay in that hotel again and I urge you all not to.

We booked online. The pictures represent the hotel but misses the fine details. One room had wallpaper peeling off the walls. Mold around the tub. The ceiling had yellow stains all over. A refrid had so much ice around the freezer part the door would not close. A indoor pool but you must walk from your room to it outside. Bring your own towels because your not allowed to use the pool towels to go back to your room. They are the size of hand towels. The bottom line was it was cheap. You get what you pay for.

Hotel is just off the highway. I got there after 11pm and left by 8am. Sleep and a shower. Adequate. Family with little kids next door woke me up in the morning. Lots of things falling apart in the room. It was the typical sheets that don't fit, the foam-like "blanket," the swishy bedspread in dark print that slips off the bed. Loud TV in the lobby. You enter your room from the outside; room has full-length windows facing the sidewalk. "Recently renovated"? -- guess depends on how you define "recent." TP holder fell off the wall; washbasin in the room, not in the bathroom. For what I paid I can't complain too much.

The Shannon Inn was a good value for the price. We stayed during a race weekend. The staff was very friendly and they had printed directions to the racetrack. The only complaint is the moldy/mildewy smell that was in the room the entire time.

Thehotel was excellent. There was very little heat in the bathroom resulting in chilly morning adventures.

The hotel is average. It is within 30 minutes from the outlets which is a plus and there are some cute flea markets around the hotel. The staff was very helpful as my car broke down and we are not from the area. It is quiet yet very close off of rt 80. The room was clean, but worn. Not a bad deal for the price.

The rooms were quite clean, everything was in need of repair and maintenance. THe rooms were quite large, but there was very little personal storage area (draws, closets etc.). The housekeeping staff just couldn't seem to get it right. Coffee makers in each room but no cups.. I had to retrieve cups from the breakfast room. Overall, it was not an enjoyable stay.

We stayed at this hotel because it was close to friends we were visiting. The room was not up to the standards of a Days Inn. There was no inroom book to let us knowwhat was going on in the hotel. Also when we went to the lobby to get a FREE newspaper we found put that they had none and noe was delivered. I do not even want to talk about the Free breakfast, it was a joke along with thier so called restuarant and lounge.
