The Comfort Inn is conviently located and a good value. The rooms are clean, and the staff was friendly. You can make your own waffles at the breakfast, which is otherwise quite limited in its selection of food (a couple of dry cereals and small oranges). The room was quiet; the room air conditioner was loud. There is no restaurant, but there are many fine restaurants nearby. The small pools are adequate for cooling off. The fitness center is very minimal and the equipment old. There is wifi access in the lobby without the box, but it was a slow connection.

This was the noisiest hotel I have ever stayed in! I try not to be too picky, but this was bad. We could not sleep at all because of the noise from the room above us, the hallway, the pipes, the ice machine, people yelling in the parking lot--the list goes on and on. Every time it quieted down enough to almost fall asleep, someone else made more noise. And, when we got up in the morning, we found out that the shower didn't work. The front desk took note when I checked out but didn't seem terribly concerned about it. I will never stay at this hotel again, unless I absolutely have no other choice.

We booked Comfort Inn for 4 days for a mini vacation. We have used Comfort Inn in the past and had no reason to worry. We checked in at 11:00pm and had to wait while the front desk told us all about his drunken escapades on his vacation. Our room smelled very moldy and the room itself was very disappointing..The kids wouldn't even sit on the beds. The front desk gave us another room to try but it was exactly the same. I have bad allergies and the mold smell became unbearable. We had to check out and try and find another hotel to stay at. The desk was nice about checking us out and understanding our concerns.We lasted about 30 minutes there. Would not recommend!! The location was great though.

The Palm Springs Comfort Inn was a little worn and rough around the edges. There were stains on the floor of the room and the sheets, while clean, were worn. It is walking distance to the convention center (a great plus!) and the staff were friendly.

The hotel had a great breakfast. One of the elevators was down. I love Embassy Suites. The hotel was decorated nicely. The cocktail time was very nice addition to our stay.

The room smelled badly and of dust. The quality of the sink and tub was poor. This is an open-air motel, so security wasn't evident. Good location, right by downtown Palm Springs. The pool and hot tub were pretty good, but hadn't been vacuumed in a while. The front desk staff were very abrupt and unfriendly. The "continental" breakfast was average white bread style. Not enough room for the amounts of people who showed up.

Our stay at Comfort Inn was ok. Its close to the main area of Palm Springs. Restaurants and entertainment are very close. The ice machines did not work on the 2 & 3 floors.

Friendly staff. Television did not work for entire 3 days stay. The inauguration events were on TV but we could not get good reception. The hotel repairman said 24 sets were affected and there was little he could do. He tried. It was the cable or satellite service that made the picture so bad we couldn't watch it or watch TV at night before bed which is our habit.

I happened to stay at this place and it wasn't all too bad.The staff was helpful and friendly.The breakfast offered was good.It is well located and a short walking distance to the heart of Palm Springs.Room was clean and bed was comfortable.Also within a short walking distance is the Spa casino if you like to gamble.I wouldn't mind staying here again.

Convenient for just a place to sleep and relax for short periods of time. A floor in the room was very dirty, and there was no fan in the bathroom. Overall, it was a good experience. Although we didn't spend too much time in the hotel due to the convention we were attending, it was a good place just to rest.

Old stinky dirty dark dank rooms. Bedspreads filthy. Uneasy feeling sitting on anything in room. Very little in the way of soundproofing...listen to your neighbors snore!

Nothing. Lack of hotel clerk. The hotel clerk was not at the front desk and I had to sleep on the couch, or try to, for an hour before I went into the back room where I found the clerk dead asleep.

Friendly and courteous people. AM breakfast very good. Fairly quiet. Pretty close to main Blvd. Nothing really. Everything was okay, not luxury but nice and clean. For the location and style and comfort this hotel was most reasonable.

Location is convenient for sightseeing downtown. Hotel room is too small for my family. Hotel room was too small, but location was excellent.
