Chambermaids will take care of your clothes and they will do their best for the guests to feel at home. Comfort and top-quality service will never disappoint you.

It was my first time coming to Ukraine during the Month of May. I have learned a lot from this trip alone. The moment I check into the hotel the room is rather small. No internet, tv with limited channels, a large queen size bed, small bathroom with shower and tub. The staff were somewhat unfriendly to me when I ask a question. Some don't speak english. The elevators wouldn't work at times and I was trapped in the elevator on a few occasions. The cleaning maid tried to charge me money because of a spill i made on the bed. This is a lousy hotel. If you want recommendations its better to stay at an apartment and cheaper to compared to any of the hotels in Odessa.

They provided a better than average complementary breakfast. The room which was a junior suite needed better upkeep. This establishment was typical of eastern European moderately priced hotels. Western travelers should stick to the higher end rooms. Service is adequate and the in house restaurant was acceptable.
