Neat, recently refurbished, welcoming hostel just 5 minutes from Plaza Catalunya and Las Ramblas and one block away from elegant Passeig de Gracia, and Gaudi's most impressive residential buildings, La Pedrera and Casa Batllo. All rooms have ensuite bathrooms, satellite TV, air conditioning... so you can enjoy a good night's sleep. The hostal offers drinks and snacks, tea and coffee in communal areas, plus a phone and fax service. The Eixample, where Hostal Barcelona City Centre is located, is an upmarket, vibrant district of Barcelona, crammed with trendy shops and a fantastic range of bars and restaurants, plus lots of other, interesing leisure options. Passeig de Gracia metro station (line 2 and 4) is a short walk away, plus numerous bus and train connections, including services to and from the airport, and 10 minutes away from Montjuic, Plaza Espanya and the Exhibition Centre. Good value,friendly place in the centre of Barcelona.
