Located in downtown Tampa, the 55,000-square-metre Tampa Convention Center sits at the mouth of the Hillsborough River and offers waterfront and city skyline views. It has a large exhibition hall, a 2,000-person ballroom and 36 meeting rooms that host around 300 events per year, including various workshops, conferences, wedding expos, volleyball tournaments and the annual Tampa Bay Comic Con.
Need to conduct business? Enjoy the centre’s complimentary Wi-Fi, on-site business centre, audio-visual services and in-house receiving and shipping. You’ll also find an extensive guest services program, award-winning food purveyors and outdoor dining areas on the water.
When hunger strikes, there are four cafes in the hall to pick up food and coffee to go, while The Sail Pavilion is a great place for drinks. You can also hop on the TECO Streetcar Line from the station across the street to explore the neighbouring Channelside District and Ybor City.
