This beautiful air-conditioned brick house was completely renovated in 2018 with taste by a French couple in love with Tampa Bay for its relaxed lifestyle. In July 2019 we made a new bathroom with shower and sink. We also repainted the exterior facade. Composed of a beautiful living room and a very large living room, you will enjoy 2 large bedrooms and plenty of cupboards and storage. The master bedroom with a large King bed is fitted with blackout curtains and double glazing, to make your nights more pleasant. There is also a 55 "television You will have the choice for your meals between a quiet and bright stay, or a dining area in the very large living room to enjoy the TV while eating. In this very pleasant and charming living room, with its beautiful red brick fireplace, you can have a drink on comfortable leather sofas, watch your series on Netflix, or play a game of billiards while sipping a fresh fruit juice. The fully equipped kitchen (hobs, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster.) will allow you to prepare wonderful meals. In the evening you can relax on the large terrace, without the risk of mosquitoes, thanks to its mosquito net structure. On our BBQ you can have a barbecue evening, with family or friends. Close to many shops and restaurants. Uber or Lyft services will allow you to go and have a festive evening in Ybor City, without having to worry about parking or consuming cocktails. Many attractions can be found within an hour. It is a large house, renovated in 2018, in a quiet area, close to all amenities. You will enjoy a large terrace protected by mosquito nets and a pleasant garden. We are close to the university (USF), 15 minutes from the Busch Gardens theme park and the Tampa Zoo, 15 minutes from downtown and close to restaurants including local restaurant chains 40 minutes from the first beaches of immaculate white. 1 hour from Disney parks. 20 minutes from our airport, including the most beautiful beaches in the USA and the wonderful Bush Garden park. Travelers will have access to my entire house except a room that remains locked for our personal belongings. This accommodation is our holiday home which we rent when we are not present. Our daughter lives nearby and can answer your questions. She speaks English, Spanish and French Possibility to arrive at the time of your choice from 4 p.m. The key is in a lockbox whose code will be given to you on the day of your arrival at 3 p.m. The alarm will be deactivated at 4 p.m.

This is a beautiful unique two-story Treehouse with 3 full bathrooms that can comfortably sleep 8-10. The master bedroom has a queen bed with a flat screen t.v. The second bedroom has 2 full size beds also with a flat screen t.v. The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed also with a flat screen t.v. It lies on a acre of land and rests on stilts, which allows the car to be parked underneath. The scenic Rocky creek runs through the property and there is access to fishing. It has two decks in the front which provide a lovely view of the surrounding area along with a private deck in the back of the house. The interior has beautiful bamboo flooring in the bedroom and living room, and the living room also houses a flat screen TV. The kitchen has new stainless steel appliances with a dine in counter and also has a table for six. The house sits on a preservation lot off a quiet road off Memorial hwy with easy access to major highways such as I-4, I 275 and the Veterans Parkway. Furthermore it only 10 minutes away from Tampa International Airport. The house is within walking distance of Starbucks, Dunkin’ Donuts Supermarket and local Pubs/sportsbars. And only a 10 minutes drive from the house is Westshore Mall, International mall and Cirtus Park Mall. As far as things to do in the area goes, there is more than enough to keep one entertained. There are gorgeous beaches, such as, Clearwater beach and St. Petersburg beach. Additionally, the very popular Busch Gardens theme park is under 15 minutes away. Lastly, the Rocky Creek golf course, known to be one of the nicest in the area, can be reached in less than a 10 minute drive. There are many popular restaurants nearby, such as Cody’s Steakhouse, Chili’s, Carrabbas, the Outback, Longhorn, Flamestone, Beachwood, Cheesecake Factory and many, many more. Keywords: House
