Fringed by powdery sand and swaying palms, Siloso Beach is a haven for sun-worshippers. It's one of Singapore's most popular stretches of sand, lined with colourful bars and eateries. You can bask in the sunshine, relax under a beach umbrella or cool off in the crystalline water.
There are plenty of water sports on offer, including kayaking, skim-boarding and water-jetpacking. Join locals for a game of beach volleyball, relax in the whirlpool spa or rent a pair of rollerblades and cruise along the promenade. Thrill seekers can try bungee jumping at AJ Hackett, surfing at the Wave House Sentosa and ziplining at speeds of 60 kilometres an hour at Mega Adventure Park. For serious thrills, head to iFly Singapore for an indoor skydiving session.
Siloso Beach offers an array of tempting dining options, including Coastes, a stylish beach bar serving mouth-watering pizzas, burgers and ocean-fresh seafood. The Bikini Bar is another local favourite, serving ice-cold beer and fruity cocktails with sparkling ocean views. Things don't slow down after dark when Siloso Beach lures in partygoers.
