What are your breakfast options?

Breakfast is included in the room price for double rooms, mansards and cottage; it's also included for the apartments when booked from1 to 3 nights (since the kitchen will not be available). For longer stays inside the apartments, breakfast is not included and guest will have to pay a daily extra of €8 per adult and €4 for children. Breakfast consists of home-made cakes, small croissants, yogurt, fruit, cereals, jam, honey, Nutella, juices, tea, coffee, chocolate, milk, etc. With an extra €3.00 you can taste different kinds of ham, salami, sausages, cheese, etc.

What transport is available to get around?

There is no public transport directly outside the Residence; you can find buses at the railway station of Capalbio Scalo or downtown in Pescia Romana, both are a few kilometers away from the Residence.

Do you have internet?

All our rooms have Wi-Fi connection and it is free to use for our guests.
