We stayed here after visiting disneyland. It was a five minute drive, and virtually no traffic or noise in the town of Buena Park. The decor had not been updated in several years, but for one night, who cares? It was clean, quiet and they even had a free breakfast, all at a fraction of the cost of staying across the street from Disney as we normally do.

Price. But in future, I will spend $20 more. This hotel is really old, the beds were very uncomfortable, the AC was very loud. You could hear all the neighbors. Loud! We travel to Sea World and Disneyland a lot from our California home. Usually we stay at Comfort Inn, this time we tried to save a little money, but from $60 for this hotel to $80 for comfort Inn,that $20 goes a long way. I will never go cheap again. We didn't sleep, the beds were awful, it was noisy, stinky, old hotel. The free breakfast was mediocre. This hotel need renovated, big time! No coffee pot in the room, which there was supposed to be.

I enjoyed my stay at this place. Was EXTREMELY pleased w/ what I got. The room was nice and clean, it was nice to have a fridge and microwave. In addition the front desk was very friendly. I would definitely stay here again

I was somewhat reluctant to go to this hotel after seeing all the reviews posted prior. But I was pleasantly suprised by what I discovered when I got there. I had stopped at other hotels to check the rooms and prices and to see the rooms before making my purchase. And all of them failed in comparision to this hotel. I mean.. I paid economy hotel prices and recieved a room that was beyond that. Service good and staffed. Room was very nice and clean with a kitchen and refridgerator. I don't know what the other people were thinking.. but i'm glad I asked to see the rooms before I decided. THat would be the best advise I would give.

I was studying for a certification exam. The WIFI worked fine. The stay was uneventful which was perfect. The staff was nice. The microwave was to small. The frige did not have a freezer. I would have like more than HBO for movie choices on TV. For the price I got everthing I needed.

Cheap price being so close to many attractions. Bathroom sink was dirty, but usable. We had a good stay, the hotel was only used to sleep or relax late. Beds were accommodating, TV worked, and that's all we utilized.

this hotel is not what it claims at all! the shuttle only runs once a day from the hotel and from the resort. this created huge inconveniences for us. the room had huge cockroaches and silverfish everywhere. the staff attitude was terrible! i was told by a "manager" that since i was prepaid it was my choice to either stay there or not with no option of refund or any other kind of compensation. this particular staff member was extremely hostile on a regular basis. he also insisted on personal financial information be copied, not returned, and tried to charge us numerous times for items that we had already paid for. the "continental breakfast" consisted of extremely stale cereal, very thin coffee, and milk that was questionable. the room smelled horrible and the beds were hard as rocks. the shower head was so low that you had to practically kneel to use it and the towel rack repeatedly fell off the wall. i was extremely displeased. so much so that i cancelled my bank card that they insisted on copying and contacted my credit card company for a fraud alert. this hotel is not conveniently located to anything other than the freeway. if you do stay here, be aware that they do not like guests who use online reservation companies and will demand alot of extra monetary assurances before they allow you into the room you have paid for. if you are not comfortable with giving out that info do not stay at this location.

Night 1 we arived very late. I asked the front desk where I could go to buy some items. He directed me to call a taxi from my room and ask a them for information. The room was clean, but really run-down. The listing advertised free shuttle to Disneyland. It never mentioned it only ran once a day. This really messed up our plans. We found a large Roach under our sink. When asked the best way to get to LAX Kawaz, the same guy from night 1. ""? call a taxi?"". I will contact the corp. to place an official complaint. Other then Kawaz the staff was friendly & helpful.

An elevator would have made carting luggage easier. The Desk Clerk carried them up and I managed to get them down. Farther away from destinations than I thought.

Close to the business I had to visit. Front desk tried to get me to call them direct next time. For the money a good stay.

I've stayed in alot of economy hotels, and most of my experiences have been positive. I cannot say that about this hotel. The room was in terrible shape. There were ants in the bathroom. The toilet clogged and it took the maintanence man 2 and a half hours to come and unclog it. We couldn't get clean towels or extra pillows. The AC didn't work. The television was really staticky. The coffee pot blew the fuse (never did get that fixed). The shower head was mounted at about four and three quarters feet, which was a horrible experience for my husband who's 6'1.

I stayed here for 2 nights it was ok the Phone didnt work and i called the front desk with my cell didnt think much of it but the next night there was a party in the rooms by mine and very loud couldnt sleep or call the desk other then that it was ok

No fitted sheets, breakfast is a joke, loud wall unit for air conditioner, plumbing issues with shower, shuttle service is a joke, roaches, poor service all together! Do not take your family here, it is very run down.

Location was great. Needs improvements badly. The hotel's location is great but the hotel itself is rundown and really needs to be redone badly. If you’re just looking for a cheap place to stay I would recommend to stay someplace else.

we had a 3 night reservation, but immediately checked out after first day. Not for people with kids. Bad area, too scared to even get ice. Gangsters hanging out by ice machine. ""Deluxe Free Breakfast"" was a box of Donuts in lobby. Couldn't get new towels. made me track down several maids to look for some. Shower didn't drain. Washed hair in sink then got the heck out of that place! Won't go back!!

I really liked that the hotel was clean and the people at then front desk were really nice and helpful. The hotel was an older building so our air conditioner (which was a wall unit) was very noisy. My toddler woke up twice because of it. The hotel was an older building but was pretty clean. It could use some renovations such as installing new air conditioners, fixing the stairways and the bathrooms. Our room was pretty clean and I liked the fact that they had a small fridge and microwave. That made it really easy for my kids and I. We had a pleasant stay overall.

It is close to Knott's Berry Farm and Medieval Times. Hotel should not be two stars. Parts of it are old and worn (carpets, walls, bath tubs). Air conditioners were old and looked moldy. I didn't feel safe going to the laundry room at night. Continental breakfast was a joke.
