Empty drink machines and no snacks! A few of the staff were very nice! Breakfast one morning was very poor! The other morning was good! Different staff!

I just recently traveled to Plant City for a business meeting. What a great hotel. Based upon prior reviews about staff I was kinda nervous however let me tell you. There must be all new staff members at this location, I was always spoken to and greeted as well as always being asked if they could do anything to make my stay more enjoyable. From the Otis Spunkmeyer cookies at check in to the Hot Breakfast Bar items it was fantastic! Even the rooms were amazing, I was told they just had 1/2 million dollars in renovations. I BELIEVE IT!!!! I RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO EVERYONE DO NOT BELIEVE THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS THEY ARE NOT AT ALL TRUE!!!

The hotel was very clean. It seemed like someone was always cleaning. The room was spacious and very comfortable and the staff was friendly. On the internet it showed this location had an indoor pool, it did not. The hotel itself was very clean and inviting. The rooms were spacious and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I was disappointed that the pool was outside especially since it was not the best weather. I would recommend it to a friend though.

Asked the front desk for directions to a nearby business, (I had the street address!), was given an attitude (she was on the phone all the time). Asked her if I could send a fax out, she said that the fax machine was out of order. Lying!

This is a really nice hotel. I have to go to Plant City each month on business and the staff is always very nice and accomodating. My family stayed there during a baseball torunament and they were very happy, too. The internet access is convenient and it is free.

When searching on the Internet for hotels I came upon this Gem of a deal. I thought ok for the lesser nightly rate I would have to do without some amenities. Well not so at the Holiday Inn express in plant city. A very clean room, Tasty Complimentary breakfast, and the Southern hospitality of the very friendly Staff (and believe me they were). I really appreciated the free use of their computer in the lobby to check emails. All in All it was a great experience for my whole family and as a business Traveler myself I would give a 5 overall. GREAT PLACE!!
