"This is the only hotel I will stay whenever I go to Milan for my business trip. I enjoy staying in all the rooms with different design as I have stayed there many time. Good location near metro and with nice restaurant called ""il carpacio"" right opposite the hotel which one must try!"

The Hotel Sanpi Milano was average. The rooms were of modest size and the staff were not particularly friendly. Only use this hotel if you get a really good deal. Not sure its a real 4* hotel.

First impressions very favorable, good welcome, helpful staff, good location to train station, and metro, and to the central core of Milan.

Overall, very acceptable. Try the restaurant just opposite and 50 metres down the road; it was fabulous.

The Hotel Sanpi Milano met and exceeded my expectations. The staff was professional and kind. The complimentary breakfast was more than other hotels offer. If I needed anything all I needed to do was ask any of the staff. I highly recommend this hotel. I will visit again.

"The price was incredible for the location as it is right between the train station and the duomo. The staff was excellent, and everything was clean and impecable."

The website stated there was a lift, our room had no lift, the website also stated there was a washer and dryer, we had no washer and dryer. It also said it had air conditioning, we had no air conditioning. These were the primary reasons we chose to stay with you. Your staff was good at what they do.

A very nice hotel near by the metro "Repubblica". The surrounding is not optimal due to the fact that it´s near by the central station, but it´s 5 minutes walk to the nice park "Giardini Pubblici" and it´s near by Milan central. The staff is very nice and the hotel rooms are as well.

Every thing was very good. Very nice people, very competence. Breakfast is super. Internet near reception about 5 E per 30 min, in the room wifi about 10E per hour (not really remember, but about it). Rooms clean, wide and commfortble. Location is so so... about 20 min fast walk from the center. In the evening little bit scary, but ok. About 20 min to p. Venezia, about 5 min to Ave Buenos Aeres. 20 min to Central Station.

Welcome late at night quite poor. The guy working at the bar and breakfast rooms was really polite, professional and kind.

A very tastefully designed hotel, the staff were welcoming, accomodating and spoke English. I was surprised at how small the rooms was and breakfast was pathetic considering the price of a room. On the plus side the area was filled with many good restaurants and the slightly rough edge to the neighbourhood wasn't a problem. Overall enjoyed the stay and the hotel, but if went again would try to find somewhere a little more convenient.
