We had a 3 person rppm and had an excellent stay, room was big enough for 3 and luggage, breakfast was great. Very close to Rialstation and all public transportation, some great restaurans close by. If you do not mind the homeless sleeping on the corner , this is a great hotel for the price

They did not say anything about the charge for the breakfast. 15EUR was charged upon check-out. Most hotels in the states offer/include free breakfast; therefore, I didn't even think about asking about its cost when the clerk asked if we were going to eat in the morning. There was no computer or connection available to the guests, and that was inconvenient, but the location was really good. It's within 5 minutes from the Frankfurt Main.

I was very happy with the hotel. It was very clean, the service was good and the location was great. The room was a bit small but was good value for money. I would stay there again.

This hotel is very comfortable and is downright luxiourious compared Germany. The rooms are smallish, but that is normal here. The rooms are very nice and clean. There is a free minibar with a few drinks and a nice breakfast. The staff is helpful and cheerful. They staff speaks excellent English. The bed is a real bed, not the foam mattresses I encounter at so many hotels in this country. The hotel is right off Kaiser Strasse; that means the train station is nearby so the good is the closness to transport. For those of you who do not know Frankfurt, this also means you are right by a giant red light district if you turn the wrong way. The area is safe with lots of police. Summary, if you want a good value nice hotel close to the main train station this is a good choice. Tip: People tell you in other reviews the hotel is directly across from the train station. This is misleading. The hotel is on a small street perpendicular to the street that fronts the train station. Check a map so you do not get lost.

The hotel staff is very friendly, the breakfast buffet rich in selection, the pool a welcome relaxation after a long day. Depending on the location of the room the nearby tram can get on your nerves since it screeches mercilessly.

Located right outside Frankfurt train station, walking distance to most sites and very near a lot of very good restuarants, free fruit at front desk and free cake in the afternoon. Swimming pool and fittness centre are very clean and in excellent condition great views off the city from the roof..... Down side no aircon in room but they will supply a fan if you reqest one, for an aircon room be prepared to pay an extra 25 euros per night, and Breakfast is an extra 15 euros per person per day. Would stay again but in milder weather.

The room was very warm; there was no thermostat to adjust the heat. That was the only negative feature. Otherwise, the hotel was perfect for my needs. The bathroom was spotless; the bed was comfortable; the room was clean and neat.

This hotel is ideal for the shops and market. It is also straight across from the train station and the bus from Frankfurt Hahn Airport is just a two minute walk away. Breakfast is served until 12noon at the weekend. Ideal for a weekend away.

The Savoy Hotel Frankfurt is over rated as a four star hotel; the room was basic and the double bed was two single beds (and mattresses) pushed together; the duvets were single also. During our stay only one of the three lifts was in service and it was extremely slow (we waited ten minutes one morning to travel from the first to the ground floor for breakfast). We felt that it was expensive for the accommodation that we given. On a positive note, the breakfast selection and quality was very good and the location was central.

Location of this hotel is just the best. One can almost see the RyanAir Bus (to Frankfurt Hahn) from the hotel. Rooms are tiny but mine was spotlessly clean. Needed to leave at 0600h. Reception offered the previous night to make me a packed lunch since I didn't have time for breakfast - Gret offer.

My reasons for choosing The Savoy were other customers comments on the breakfast and the proximity to the station. Both proved good reasons. This is a great base for getting around and the breakfast is simply excellent. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Only negative was that the pillows are a bit too big, hot and fluffy.

The room was rather cold and it was not possible to have a bath only use the shower over it. For a 4 star hotel not to have coffee making option in room is rather poor. Drapery was a bit shabby to say the least. Staff although not in any way rude where not at all friendly. The breakfast was very good, nice choice well cooked.
