For stays of over three nights 50% will be due at time of booking to hold the reservation. the balance is charge 20 days prior to arrival which is nonrefundable.

In a good location near town and the water. Quaint B&B, smallish rooms, no TV in mine. Good parking, easy access. Good value for the money.

Excellent. NA The room was cozy and comfortable, with an excellent host/owner. The breakfast was fantastic.

We saw 2 room photos on the web site, with only 2 rooms available, so we assumed we had one of those rooms. We did not. Ours was small, the bed not comfortable and no en suite facilites. The lock on the bathroom door didn't work, so it was a bit unerving. However, we never saw a live person while we were there. We were greeted with sticky notes, including our bill! The front doors were never locked. We had to return early the next morning, so we didn't get coffee or breakfast (which wasn't served until 9 - sorry, we are early risers).

The Inn Keeper at the Green Apple Inn was very accomodating. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful. The room was comfortable with a beautiful old inn country decor, and the clawfoot bathtub after a long day was fabulous! The location couldn't have been better, with great views of the lake directly across the steet. It was only a 10 minute walk to downtown Cooperstown and the Baseball Hall of Fame, and a 10 minute walk in the opposite direction to the Farmers Museum.

Traditional B&B, with very nice innkeeper and great breakfasts! The place was spotless and very charming. Only downside for us was no in-room bath, but it was next door and we were in-between seasons (so occupancy was low). Mrs. Lewis was very knowledgeble about town activites and restaurants and always pleasant and helpful. We left before breakfast on our last morning and she had coffee-to-go and homemade scones to take with us!

Perfect for a weekend Getaway. Green Apple in is as charming as Cooperstown itself. Great location, very comfortable accomodations, delicious breakfast. We will definitely be back!
