Payments made by credit card and signature on registration card authorizes collecting any costs associated with damages by charging that credit card. Payments made by personal check require a damage deposit of 250.00USD due and payable upon arrival. The damage deposit may be paid in cash, Credit Card or certified check. Damage deposits are returned the week following the guests visit unless damage has occurred which will be itemized, photographed and the amount for repair deducted from the guests damage deposit. The Innkeepers retain the right to seek recovery of damage above the amount held in the damage deposit when damages exceed the amount deposited. What are your breakfast options?: We are not a B&B as each unit has its own kitchen so we do not offer any breakfast services. Guests enjoy being able to either cook for themselves whenever and however they desire or many just go out to any of the local restaurants for meals.
What transport is available to get around?: Provincetown is a town that is on a small spit of land about three miles long. A walk from where we are on the West end of town all the way to the East End is a total of five miles.

There are bike rental places and taxi services to anywhere in town. From where we are, there is only a seven minute walk to the main street in town where everything goes on and a five minute walk to the Stop and Shop supermarket nearby. We do offer free pick up and drop off services to the airport which is less than a ten minute drive away or to the dock where the ferry boats come to town from Boston. We would recommend that if you enjoy walking or bicycling to not use your car while you're here because everything is pretty close by whether on foot or bike.
What can I do nearby?: Provincetown in the summer has entertainment all up and down the main road in town called Commercial Street. There are drag shows, politically-themed comedic shows, shows where actors and actresses do spin-offs on characters in the news like Susan Boyle, etc., people sing in the streets, in front of Town Hall as well as inside some venues. There are mimes, jugglers and those who just stand or sit and act the part of statues as passersby watch and look for any sign of movement and if the "statue" is good; they'll toss some money in a hat or container near the act as appreciation for a convincing job well done.
Do you have internet?: We do have internet in the cottages or apartments. There is wireless if in a standalone cottage and direct hub hook up if in our main house.
Do you provide parking?: We have free parking at our premises.
