The heat was off upon entry and did not heat up until next day. Heater did not put out very warm heat.

The staff at this hotel was so helpful. My husband and I arrived late, and the staff was still willing to help us check in. They gave us everything we needed. I liked that the room had all the comforts of home, including a reclining chair. Our only problem was that the shower took awhile to warm up

It was clean and it had a lot of conveniences. The hallway smelled like smoke. We had a nice time staying at this hotel, I enjoyed being able to cook some of our food and the kitchen was clean.

The kitchenette allowed us to get food from the grocery store and cook it in our room. Less expensive than eating out. The pillows were poor quality, very thin and not cushy.

The front desk clerk was friendly and sincere. No bathroom fan, stinky. Awkward location and weird layout yet the room was still cozy, the bed was horrible and way too firm. Staff is friendly, no bathroom fan which enabled mold to grow above shower.

Location, quiet, relaxing. No lounge or tv areas, beds not very comfortable. Over all a nice stay. could do some improvements on cleanliness, excellent staff, not too many TV channels, location was great for work, area well equipped with necessary stores, restaurants and fast food, quaint little town very nice. We enjoyed our stay.

Good parking! Old building ver out of the way location and difficult to fine. Not a place I would go back to on future U.S. trips. If this is a typical facility of the extended stay chain, I woll not be using them infuture travels.

The hotel was clean and close proximity to multiple resturants and retail outlets. The rooms were very clean; however, the bed was terribly hard. Over all, the hotel was very clean and great for the price. The staff could have been a little more helpful during the check in process. The hotel's location was great, very convienient for shopping and dining choices.

Staff friendliness and location. Not being able to stay after first week. Way better than the ESA Deluxe up the street! Friendly and helpful staff! Great rooms!

The front desk person was exceptionally friendly and helpful. My room was clean and smelled very nice on arrival. My friends room smelled damp. This was a great value - I would stay at an ESA hotel again. Thank you.
