Good food. Our room was still occupied. Our room assigned was occupied. Had to give us another room which was ok. Right by pool on a holiday weekend, so noisy. But otherwise, not a bad experience for the reason we were there.

Found a tick climing on the wall and then on me the next day, would not go back to this one. Do not know how it got a 3 star rating.

I liked the friendly staff, location, cleanliness of the room, and the restaurant that was open 24 hours. This hotel was more than I expected. The location was great. I have absolutely no complaints.

Glitch checked us out everyday. Woke up everyday by maid/staff since computer said we should not be there. Even w/ Do Not Disturb posted. Sold room to others twice. Upgraded rooms to adequate but need better systems and help.

Good value for price paid-clean, comfortable. Location. A good night's stay for the money. Very clean bathroom, carpet, bedding and other areas.

I brought a senior group to the Best Western Heritage Inn to tour and to visit a lot of the local tourist attractions. This hotel is excellent. All rooms are brand new renovated with a beautful decor. They had a 24 hour restaurant with the most delicious food that one can be served. Everything was such a good value, and the staff was so friendly; they made me feel as if I was talking to family.

A very good night's stay at a nice price. No problems with it. Very nice, but needed more help on front desk at arrive Friday, one person working at the time very busy. Could be a problem, but Ok.

the hotel was in great need of updating. Not much to do in this area. Bathroom wasn't very clean. Old T.V., microwave and fridge.

Room was large and very clean. Bed was old - not too comfortable. This motel feels a bit worn, but has obviously been taken care of by the owners. The bed should be replaced - that is, after all, the main reason folks stay there.

Very clean. Non-smoking actually did not smell like smoke. Had to raise the toilet seat to close the bathroom door. One of best westerns I've stayed at.

Restaurant & Easy Access to Attractions. Nothing - very adequate. Very nice for our needs. We were visiting and looking for area attractions and were not looking for a lot of amenities. Would stay here again if in the area.

Helpful and friendly staff. Old plumbing. This is an older hotel that has been rehabbed some years ago and is now in about average condition, good for a budget traveler but not fancy. It has two stories with room doors on the outside. The restaurant looked interesting but I didn't have a chance to check it out.

Good location, nice pool for the children. The diner employees that left at 2:30 am and idle their van for five minutes outside our window. Good location, clean, not crowded, and friendly staff.

Easy to find off the interstate; cheap. I prefer hotels to not have bed spreads because they don't wash them between guest stays. I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. I had read several reviews rating is the worst hotel ever and was prepared for Bates Motel. Although certainly not glamorous, the hotel was fine for a stop on a road trip and I liked the microwave and fridge in our room--very handy.

Restaurant had a great menu and 10% off for guests. Some noise from parking lot. Very nice interior. The restaurant had a large menu with good food at a reasonable price.

Nothing at the entire place was filthy. Rooms were filthy. The hotel was filthy and in a poor state of maintenance. The carpet was so filthy just one trip from the bed to the bathroom turned my feet filthy black. There was an incredible amount of dirt and filth behind the bed and other furnishings. I should have refused to stay there as it was so filthy I should have been concerned for my health. If I ever get a room that disgusting again I will refuse to stay there and demand another room or my money back.

Helpful staff, tried very hard to get things correct. Seemed to have trouble getting the charge card information correct. Still not right!
