One of the largest shopping venues in Hawaii, Royal Hawaiian Center houses over 100 shops and restaurants spanning multiple floors and buildings. You’ll find everything from surf stores to art galleries, clothing boutiques, toys and sports gear, all in the heart of Waikiki. It’s also a great place to try Hawaiian seafood, Kona coffee and Hawaiian shave ice or pick macadamia nuts and dried pineapple candies.
Looking for designer clothing? You can find fashion from Kate Spade New York, Jimmy Choo and Tory Burch, as well as specialty island designs, branded gear from Harley-Davidson and lingerie from Pineapple Princess. You can also pick up handmade Hawaiian necklaces from Koi Nani.
Live entertainment takes place every day at The Royal Grove in the centre of the mall. Traditional Hawaiian music and hula dancing take centre stage in the evenings, while daytime events include complimentary lessons in lei making, ukulele playing and hula. A Rock-a-Hula show on Fridays features fire dancers and cultural performances inside Royal Hawaiian Theatre.
