The condo has 1022 square feet of living space and has recently been remodeled, including granite and tumbled travertine-style flooring throughout the entryway, kitchen, living/dining room, and bathrooms. The kitchen has everything you'll need to prepare a yummy breakfast, pupu for sharing, or a romantic dinner. The bedroom has a king-size bed, and a NEW queen-size convertible sofa is in the living room to accommodate two more guests. Spend your mornings sipping coffee on the lanai and watching the sky light up at sunrise. In the evening, raise your glass as you hear the neighborhood conch blowers pay homage to the perfect sunset. December through April will boast some of the most fantastic whale-watching in the state, all viewable from your private lanai. Imagine yourself strolling along the beach at sunrise or sunset, hand in hand, along the Wailea Beach Walk – a 2-mile stretch of the beachfront promenade that passes the Wailea Marriott, the Grand Wailea the Four Seasons, and Fairmont Kea Lani Hotels. There is also free high-speed (350 down, 20 up) internet access if you want to check in with the outside world! A hairdryer, iron and ironing board and a FULL-SIZE front-loading washer and dryer are available for your convenience.
